Fantastic Customer Service
Hannah took my call today and was absolutely brilliant and incredibly patient sorting the right cover for my 6 dogs. As you can imagine, resolving individual insurance packages for multiple pets took a long while and Hannah took her time to make sure each policy was perfect for each of my girls. Hannah was chatty and it was so lovely to speak to someone who personalised the call rather than sticking to a script. We really appreciated Hannah’s approach and attention to detail. Absolutely lovely customer service and brilliant pet insurance cover and a really reasonable price.

Poppy was lovely and would give her 5 stars however was not happy that my claim was approved but i was not being paid due to extortionate prices i had paid at vets which is not my fault. Polly handled the situation very well and explained it well and is excellent and sent me a link so i could buy the medicines at a resonable price

Exceptional experience
Craig was great. Very friendly his customer service was amazing. Very helpful and professional. To add on to this, I've also just spoken to Polly who couldn't have been more helpful.
