The call taker was excellent at explaining with no pressure
The call taker was excellent at explaining everything to me.He answered all my questions and everything was pretty straight forward.
I only required a small life policy, there was no pressure to increase the amount.we agreed on how and when I would start paying and was all settled.
The only thing that set me back a bit was when near the end of the call I was asked for my bank details and when I said I didn’t have them with me he asked for credit card details.We had already agreed when my first payment would start so I didn’t think it was necessary to give those details before I had received confirmation email and policy.

would like to thank my insurance company representative for helping me set up my life and funeral insurance over the phone. They were very friendly, patient and helpful throughout the entire process. They took the time to understand my budget and explain the options clearly, helping me choose cover that suits my family and provides support for them after I pass away. I was watching a series on my phone…
I was watching a series on my phone when a ad come on about NZ Senior insurance especially when it said low cost which won me over, I was happy the fortnightly amount came out the next day and I’m waiting for the paperwork to come so my daughter can fill it out and sign it. I was very happy it was so easy, I didn’t really do anything.
