Oaktree Motorhomes Avis 

Just bought my first motor home from Oaktree, the service is second to non, they really do live up to their reputation. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. I can't thank Andy enough for his help and advice. The aftercare is fantastic, the staff are always their to provide support and answer any questions 👍

We have just had our second vehicle from here. Andy V was the salesman this time. It’s lovely that staff know you, even if you haven’t been for a while. They take time to speak to you. The handover was great. I had a heap of extra questions, which was also covered. All in all, I would always keep my business with these and recommend them to anyone.

It is a minefield out there when you want to buy a used motorhome. I am so pleased I stumbled across Oaktree (lots of videos on YouTube and walkarounds of each van…… I became a bit of a stalker 😂).
They have a tremendous choice to suit all budgets and it is a pleasant place to visit and wander around looking in each of the vans.
A particular element that kept drawing me back was their sales package and after sales care. With each van you get a full service including cam belt change if needed, habitation check, a years tax and a 3 year RAC warranty. They also service their customers vans if you choose. (I’m sure I’ve forgotten something!!!).
The sale was seamless and done over the phone with our sale person, Phil. ( I had already chosen which van I wanted so no need to go back to the depot until collection day).
The handover was easy and informative and Phil was able to answer any questions we had. The van was spotless and everything worked perfectly.
I wholly recommend this dealer, they are fantastic and our Weinsberg Cara Compact is beautiful ⭐️🚐⭐️

We’d been looking for a motor home for a while and were pleased when we saw that they’d got the model we wanted. We were able to look round without being pressured, but staff were on hand when we needed help. Everyone was so friendly and helpful, it was like one big family. The purchase process was smooth and easy and learning all about the motorhome when we collected it was such a laugh. First time motorhome purchase. We visited many dealerships in our search for the perfect vehicle and none compared to the service received at Oaktree. Both Andy and Jason were able to assist in working out what we thought we wanted versus what we actually needed. We were treated with patience and Andy in particular, could not have done more to accommodate our needs. Bought a ‘22 reg camper van from Oaktree unseen and was not disappointed. It was like new.
Well presented and full demo at handover with a no-quibble after sales support.
I definitely recommend having a look at their stock if you are looking for a well supported purchase.

The buying process was first class, the communication was superb, and nothing was too much trouble.
The hand over when we collected the Motorhome was brilliant,Andy explained and showed us that everything was working as it should, he also answered any questions we had.

Was told Eco tree battery was the way to go. A big thank you to David and team. Did the replacement quickly after assessment of what battery was needed. Then taken through the app to understand what the battery would do. Richard the fitter even checked the wiring and made sure system was running correctly. Cheers

In total, we went to oaktree moters 3 times. We went to look around all the moterhomes with no hindering from staff to buy there and then. On the second occasion, we went to narrow down the choices from the first visit. We had a few questions at that point and Jason was really helpful with any questions we had. When we went in the third time we went to buy so narrowed it down to 2 then made the final choice. At no point did anyone pester you. You go go in and walk round look in every nook and cranny of every moterhome on site. When we made the final decision we went to the office and the salesman was Jason the man we asked the few questions we had. Everything was dealt with swift and efficiently from when we walked in to going to collect everything was dealt with. One thing I did like was a full tour of the new moterhome. I would highly recommend oaktree moterhome to anyone that is thinking about getting one
