Oaktree Motorhomes Avis 

In total, we went to oaktree moters 3 times. We went to look around all the moterhomes with no hindering from staff to buy there and then. On the second occasion, we went to narrow down the choices from the first visit. We had a few questions at that point and Jason was really helpful with any questions we had. When we went in the third time we went to buy so narrowed it down to 2 then made the final choice. At no point did anyone pester you. You go go in and walk round look in every nook and cranny of every moterhome on site. When we made the final decision we went to the office and the salesman was Jason the man we asked the few questions we had. Everything was dealt with swift and efficiently from when we walked in to going to collect everything was dealt with. One thing I did like was a full tour of the new moterhome. I would highly recommend oaktree moterhome to anyone that is thinking about getting one

Bought our Swift Bolero from Oaktree and couldn’t have wished for a better service. They done all the little jobs that we asked them to do plus more. Phil was great, very friendly and helpful. Have had one weekend away and now going away again,weather permitting.

Buying a used Camper-van at a distance in other words unseen, only a video to go by can not be the best option possibly unwise. But living on the Isle of Man it is difficult to go and view. I looked at the reviews for Oaktree and decided it was wort the risk. They had a Kemerton XL I contacted Phil and he provided me with detail and a video. We came to an-agreement on my trade in and I provided a deposit. As it was TT time here on the island Phil agreed to wait for a few weeks foe the completion of the sale. I was a little disappointed that a couple of small defects had not been pointed out to me and two cupboard catches had been badly repaired other than that the van was perfect so I took delivery. My wife and I went off for a week and then returned home. The next trip was 5 weeks to Spain all went well. When I returned home I received an email from Oaktree asking if I was happy with my van. I replied to say yes apart from leaking seals on the toilet and a handle had broken on the roof vent. There was a response from Oaktree without delay could I contact David in service. Who arranged replacements for me. Would I use Oaktree again 100% yes. The Van is a joy to drive and use

By arrangement, I visited Oaktree recently with a couple of minor warranty issues. These were very efficiently dealt with by David and Matt to my total satisfaction. Having carried out the repairs himself, Matt spent some time patiently answering all my questions about the way the van worked. In fact all of the staff were very friendly and made it clear that customer service is their priority. I would recommend them to everybody.

I bought a campervan from Oaktree a little over a year ago. Really pleased with the help they gave me during the purchasing process, there was no pressure to make a decision. Last week I took it for a repair (fixing a leaking window). This problem was covered by the warranty that came with the van, and they handle all the paperwork. They also checked out a couple of other niggles with the van, very thoroughly. Quite frankly, they give the best service of any company I have ever interacted with. Any problems, they are happy to talk it over with you on the phone and have a look if you bring it in. Their service is second to none.

5 Stars - Great Service and High-Quality Vehicle

We purchased an Auto-Trail Tribute 670 from OakTree in April 2024, and we couldn’t be happier with our decision. We tend to delay reviews, especially on big purchases, to see how things hold up over time. Having now used the van consistently, we feel confident in recommending OakTree.

After about 18 months of research, we found a motorhome at OakTree that perfectly suited our needs. Even though we couldn’t travel to see it immediately, OakTree kindly agreed to reserve it for us for a small cost. This flexibility, along with their excellent reviews and awards, reassured us that we were in good hands. When we finally saw the van, it matched the photos and description exactly. We spent about an hour looking over it, noting a few minor fixes we wanted taken care of before collection, and OakTree was more than willing to accommodate. They allowed us a test drive, I was very nervous at the beginning and they even gave me some top tips for driving the van.

The handover process was smooth, and we were kept well-informed of progress and updates. Although a video option during the handover would have been helpful, the staff still did an excellent job explaining everything we needed to know.

Since buying it, we’ve taken the van out for weekend trips at least twice a month and use it regularly as a second vehicle. It’s been reliable, with no issues. A month in, OakTree even followed up to check if everything was running smoothly, which added a nice personal touch.

Overall, OakTree provided a great buying experience and a quality vehicle. We’d recommend them to anyone looking for a motorhome—they’ve earned their positive reputation!

Purchased a Bailey Motorhome from Phil, great sales process. Had a few little snags a couple of weeks after purchase and Dave sorted them out with no drama .excellent customer service . We bought our 3 year old motorhome earlier this year. David Bacon (after sales manager) has been fantastic helping us source parts when we need them. You don't feel alone being a first time motorhome owner and can ask anything and they will advise.

Yet again great after sale service.
After waiting for parts to arrive the process of carrying out the repair went to plan and was completed very quickly and professionally. The team were very good when I returned to collect my Motorhome, both polite and friendly.

After purchasing my Elddis Accordo 120 in June, it had a fault on the radio head unit. This unit, although came with the Motorhome, was not factory fitted.
I have just been to Oaktree where Matt the service guy went above and beyond to fix the fault. The replacement part was the wrong one sent, so they fitted a factory unit free of charge.
I highly recommend Oaktree Motorhomes for their excellent after service. Thank you guys !

The whole buying process with Jason was efficient and professional. As previous motorhome owners the handover was informative and knowledgeable without being patronising. Some minor issues were raised and dealt with efficiently by Dave, Oaktree only being let down by outside agencies. Jason could not do enough for us and made the purchase an enjoyable transaction. What can I say bought my motorhome 10 months ago of oak tree the van sold itself beautiful condition inside and out a credit to its last owner. On buying the motorhome I was given 1 set of keys and alarm fob at the very last minute the salesman assured me it was about 70 quid for replacement, fiat want 600 for a replacement so a bit out there. Part of the confidence in buying something of this value was the salesman assurance again that they are investments and I would get my money back with little loss. I'm thinking of selling and contacted oaktree for a price to buy back. I can't describe the feelings of dred when I was offered 15k less for what I had bought of them 10 months prior, I mean 15k less. I feel ashamed of myself for falling for this whatever it is scenario. All I ask for is transparency now I feel I am stuck with this beautiful van that I can't sell. Would be great for oaktree to comment on this please.

Thanks for the reply I've had no emails of yourself and contact was made after my initial rant, it was with another salesman that hadn't been in the job very long or so he said. I get the downturn in the economy and is obviously why you or the salesman upted his offer to 21k to buy back from my original 35k purchase price of yourself. As for the key costs I'm only going on what information I got from the dealers, these prices weren't made up I was just passing on the information provided. On purchase of my motorhome from yourselves the only information I got from the salesman was how they hold their price as I explained I was going to give it a go and see if I liked it, to be told I will more or less get back what I paid for it in 12 months time is a deal sealer where I had nothing to lose. Now if it had been explained to myself what you have just stated in your last reply you wouldn't have even got the sale as you well know, hence the transparency comment on my previous statement. I'm now down to 30k on my selling price and I'm not even getting that, thank you though for the reply.

First of all we were left to have a good look around at all the motorhomes without any pushy sales representatives which was great for us,we found a Moho that we liked and went to the office where we were introduced to Andy who looked after us from that moment until we drove away in our new purchase.I can recommend Oak Tree Motorhomes to anyone great service and all the staff are friendly.

I purchased my Elldis majestic 115 in January 2024. I did not write a review at the time as the motorhome developed a number of faults. The after sales service on all these issues were dealt with excellently. Nothing was to much trouble, and the staff are always happy to help. Thanks.

We bought our motorhome from Oaktree in July 2023. I have to say the whole experience from start to finish was fantastic.
Today I was preparing the MH for a week away and noticed the toilet trying to continually flush when the control panel was turned on. A quick call to David and the problem was soon solved. He sourced a new part, we took it in and they replaced the faulty switch. From the initial phone call to repair only took 3 hours. Considering we live half an hour away I would say that's pretty excellent service. We simply cannot fault Oaktree, they are the best!!
