Old Bills pest control Avis 

A neighbour of mine recommended Old Bills, and I am glad to recommend them in my turn. Our problems were of different sorts: wasps in a wall cavity on the one hand (mine); mice in the loft a while ago on the other hand (my neighbour's). Tracy at Old Bills answered my call straightway. She listened to me carefully, understanding the problem and its urgency in this instance; and she privided all of the preliminary info clearly. Mark arrived promptly because of the urgency. He was as courteous and polite as he was proficient throughout, keeping me informed about the process and the solution. Furthermore, I must say, there was no hard sale. The transaction was transparent, mutually respectful and courteous. Thanks. Recommended, indeed.

Mark helped when I had seen a visitor in a cupboard, he did a thorough search of the house setting my mind at ease, laid traps and will be back to monitor. He was friendly and knowledgeable. I’ve used Old Bills for wasps before and they’re definitely my first call when somethings gone rogue.

Mark who came to sort out our Gliss Gliss issue at our house was very informative, polite and trustworthy. He explained the process and reported back on how many he had caught. Dave, Roy, Clive and Pete did a fantastic job extracting a large honey bee colony from our roof. Working in bee suits in the heat, and needing only frequent mugs of tea, they removed over 60,000 bees and their nest, and then retiled the roof. They were efficient, friendly and knowledgeable about these incredible animals. We are really happy that the bees have gone to a new home at Stony Dean school.

We contacted Old Bills pest control as we had a problem with ants in our home. Graeme gave me some really good advice over the phone to explain what to do and answered all the questions I had. As it was something we could do ourselves at home he did not charge us for this, which I really appreciated. We would use them in the future if we had any more issues.

We were very worried about our glis glis problem having not experienced a rodent issue before. The support from Old Bills began before we even contracted their services as they advised us on when it would make sense for them to start in order to get our value for money and for them to be effective based on the rodents' seasonal movements. Once we started the 5 day service, Mark was experienced and gave us confidence from day one with his approach and knowledge. He was punctual, gave us a heads up before arriving and was always so respectful of our home. Within the 5 days, he had controlled the issue and gave us very specific recommendations to prevent the problem appearing again. Would highly recommend Old Bills.
