they checked everything after a week and another final check in 3 weeks to be sure no more bait being taken of any other chewed items in the sheds. 3 visits total

In April a group of my neighbours noticed a number of rats in their gardens. I contacted Old Bills Pest Control and spoke to Graham who was very helpful. Jack came out to visit the 10 properties. He was extremely knowledgeable and set out a plan for us and assured us that this would work. We had 3 visits (every 2 weeks) from Jack and am pleased to say he was right as it has solved the problem! Would definitely recommend this company.

Dave, of Old Bill's Pest Control was fantastic, giving us confidence right from the start that he knew what he was doing, and then getting on and doing it.

He was methodical and forensic in his approach to the problem of rats in our brand new thatched roof and succeeded in identifying the entry/exit route and then getting rid of them when two other pest control companies had failed. He was also responsive and communicative. Pricing was very fair too.

The reports we were sent are highly professional and will be very helpful in our making a claim against those responsible.

Would give more stars if possible. Amazing service, got rid of pest problem in a single visit. Gave very clear advice. Very efficient, professional and friendly. If you have a pest problem then these people know everything you need to know and act fast. No messing, no fluff, they get the job done. It's been several months since they helped and they've completely cleared the problem. Couldn't thank them enough.

Everything about the company is brilliant. Mark attended swiftly following my call, he is obviously an expert in pestcontrol and really put my mind at rest. He assured me that the problem would be sorted and clearly explained next steps. He was clear about the cost and there were no hidden extras.
Even though bait had to be used,it was used with absolute safety, and Mark listened and dealt with all concerns that I had.
We are now pest free and I highly recommend this company.

What a great service, Michael was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable. He ensured our dogs wouldn’t be exposed to any of the poisons and the rats were completely gone after 10 days. He also advised how to prevent their return. Would 100% recommend.

Paul and Brandon visited for a rodent problem, the knowledge they talked about and experience they used to contain the rodents was amazing. These guys really get into the habits and psychology of the rodent to ensure the problem is eradicated.
