Olympia Removals & Storage Avis

We moved from a 3 bed to a 5 bed and had the packing service. Initially a little hesitant as the price was very competitive and there was no in person consultation. However the staff were very friendly, there was an excellent balance of speed and care taken even though it was a swelteringly hot day. The packing service was done the day before and was professionally handled. Overall excellent value for money and very happy with the service, everything fitted into the vehicles as promised and the staff asked me to walk through the old house before we left so we could both ensure nothing was missed and then walked through the new house to ensure all large furniture had been placed correctly and there was nothing left on their trucks.

Amazing company. Not too expensive. Extremely helpful and they looked after my antique furniture perfectly. They dismantled beds and wardrobes, then rebuilt at the other end. All the furniture was put exactly where I needed it to go. Fantastic service . I would highly recommend this company. Bill is an extremely knowledgeable professional and arranges everything for you and the drivers are very friendly and respectful of your goods.

Correspondence with Bill was excellent in the beginning of the process.
The guys that moved everything were amazing. Personable, friendly and can’t be faulted.

The team were polite and courteous and worked calmly and efficiently throughout
Would definitely recommend and would definitely use again

I was actually very stressed about the idea of moving but the team we had were amazing. They were efficient, quick ,very polite and careful with everything. They even offered to take their shoes off every time they came in and out but I let them off! I would certainly use them again.

Very good job and working full day. Will use their services again. Thanks

Very happy with the move the guys were excellant very polite and got on with the job without hesitation i was very impressed with the way they did everything thank you very much i would recommend them

Great Service. Everything was done smoothly. Sam helped us a lot from start till finish and we reached on time. Would definitely recommend the company to anyone who wants to move their house.

Musa and Sam were extremely helpful and hard working. Move went smoothly and with no damaged items. definitely recommended! Big shout to Bill as well being always available.

Dealing with Bill in first instance was quick and efficient. Detailed explanation as to what was needed and all booked up within the day. Two removal men turned up well on time and loaded the van within the hour and equally as efficient with unloading taking care and wrapping items as necessary. Good overall service and great value for money would use again.

All good Our belongings were treated with care. Competitive price tailored to the size of the job.

Amazing service! Honest and informative. The guys were awesome, very speedy but careful and cheerful! Thank you!

I booked for a removal to move to Melbourne new house. Everything was excellent, from booking the van to the guys coming to take thw stuff. Everyone was super lovely and really did jus it get on with the job, even though the guys had to contend with alot of stairs!! Really.would recommend 100%. I found the company to be honest and straight forward and really made a stressful day a lot better! Thank you!!!

There was no fuss. They communicated well beforehand and were flexible when I had to change the dates. On the day they discussed what I wanted and then just got on with it.

Really great service! Two guys who came were very friendly and speedy with the removal! Pleased with everything from start to finish! Would recommend!

The most polite & smiley men. Everything was packaged beautifully, they asked me to check they hadn’t forgotten anything from the van, they were contentious & moved even the heaviest of items without question & with care. I had arranged the vans with Bill & there was no need to have to list every item. When they ran out of boxes they popped off to grab some more. Lovely experience & I spent 90% of the day on the beach! Trustworthy & worth the extra bit to ask for items to be packed properly. Stress free experience! Thank you all so much.

Great job moving some furniture, including a very delicate model ship in glass case ( super worried about that!), but all safely to it's new home. Nice guys, well organised and a reasonable price. Thanks!

Bill was great with communication and the team were on time. The team were efficient and took such care with taking goods in and out of the properties! No marked walls!! Really appreciate the hard work of the team and their enthusiasm to help. Would recommend.

Just a good experience to deal with this company
Only down side was when 1 team had unloaded their truck they left for another job so took longer to unload for the remaining crew of 2 at our new address which was slightly disappointing

Great, friendly service. Olympia Removals booked us in last minute and offered a very competitive price. Guys that turned up were really friendly and took good care of all our items - we have some heavy furniture pieces and they took time and care to make sure they were packed well. Highly recommend
