Do your due dilligence-

I leave this review not to bash this company but to share my experience for other buyers to learn from.

Ordered the Louis Vuitton M26039 Express PM on 12/28 and paid $185.48 after discounts. The 185.48 included the 9.98 shipping insurance. January 4, 2026, I received an email that my order shipped on 12/31/2025. As of January 13, the parcel was still pending pickup from carrier. On the email it did say shipping process takes 8-15 working days but the timeline was not adding up. The tracking updates that I was receiving on a daily basis was very confusing.
QUALITY + CUSTOMER SERVICE + DELIVERY- For $185, one could easily buy a Coach or a Kate Spade handbag with way better quality. The bag that I finally received on January 21st was POORLY packaged. It was ONLY packaged using a BAG, it was NOT boxed at all. The LV handbag had creases all over. The zipper they used is very CHEAP. I reached out and initiated a return NOT an exchange or anything else- YET, they kept giving me other options. They requested proof of pictures which I provided promptly. Keep in mind - if you respond to their email, you will be getting an automated response which screams redundancy. Also, you do not get a response until the next day due to different time zones. (in my case since I am in the US).
RETURN - Paid the return shipping with tracking and shipped it to the address they provided. Delivery was Jan 30th. On 2/3, I checked tracking when I did not hear from the seller only to find out that the package was refused and being returned to ME (sender). The return was processed on 1/30. Today is 2/13 - the package is still not returned to me. I have no intention of keeping the bag anyway due to poor quality but this makes me question the reputation of this seller. They provided an address where to send the return which was NOT verified. BEWARE.

I was refunded $130. I still think I should be refunded for the full amount, but I just did not want to deal with the seller anymore. Customer service was NOT unpleasant at all - which is the only positive during this whole shopping experience. Just a lot of redundancy on email communication.

Fabulous bag

Fabulous bag. Real leather good craftsmanship and quality. I knew every step of the way when my bag would arrive. Customer service very fast to answer any questions. I have just ordered another bag from this company.

BEWARE

I ordered two designer wallets in November 2025, and only one (1) wallet was delivered.
After contacting the company, I was repeatedly given false or unverifiable tracking numbers. One label showed no postage and was confirmed by USPS as being sent to another person. Other tracking numbers either never entered transit or could not be verified with any legitimate carrier.
The company then promised a complimentary bag due to the delay, had me select one, later claimed it was out of stock, asked me to select another, and then again provided fake tracking information.
Most recently, they attempted to send the remaining wallet without the original box, which is not what was ordered or paid for.
At every stage, the story changed, commitments were not honored, and documentation did not match reality. I have retained emails, photos, receipts, and tracking records showing a clear pattern of misrepresentation.
I am still requesting delivery of the wallet I paid for as originally advertised.
Based on my experience, I would urge extreme caution when ordering from this company. If no star was an option… this is what I would choose. It’s February 2026, and still no merchandise!

I'm disappointed with my order

I'm disappointed with my order. It arrived in very poor packaging, not as shown on the website. The quality's also poor! The leather lining on the edge of the bag is peeling off. Feels like a scam considering the price we paid. You can get something more presentable from other Chinese websites.

It's so worth the wait

When I went on omybag website, I was excited that they had so many brand's to choose from. I could now have any bag, I won't. I was scared at first because it was coming from a another country. Now that they stand on their word and how the process work. I placed another order for my next bag, less then a day from receiving my first bag. Thank you for being a safe and secured network.

This is a reliable company

This is a reliable company which you can trust. I just received my faux Chanel and it's stunning. The quality is great! My only reason for not giving them 5 stars is because the faux leather has a little odor which will wear off in time. I would definitely buy from them again.

Poorly made

I bought a couple of bags which came in separately in a poor packaging. It didn't come with any boxes or wrapping, just a cheap dust bag. The quality is poor, the hardware on YSL is almost a rusted look. I was overwhelming when I opened it. I don't know how the ppl gave good reviews. It doesn't look genuine as it said. I am not even sure if those reviews are from somewhere else! As I looked at the pics from some of.the reviews, the bag came with a nice box for any brand. I am so dissatisfied and I would not recommend people buy from this website.

SCAM! Avoid at all costs

Was wanting a particular bag and messaged the Instagram page to make sure they had it. They confirmed and so I purchased the bag. 3 days later they emailed saying they no longer had that bag in stock and gave me a refund but gave me $15 less than what I paid and won’t give me back the full amount.

Update: they are now trying to gaslight me and say the transaction proof I sent them is from a different payment and not to them even though it clearly is.
I would not trust them at all at this point. They will steal your money and gaslight you.

Not leather

Ordered 2 handbags, waited for over a month. Received only 1 bag and it was not genuine suede as was stated in the description.

Your response is totally false. Your website description of the bags I ordered stated leather, not woven, and I also emailed you and questioned whether they were leather and you replied that they were.
