I recently purchased from your company. The product was advertised as a genuine, high-quality 1.1 REP handbag; however, the item I received is poorly made and appears cheap and significantly below the quality that was promised.

The materials, stitching, and overall construction do not match the description or images shown in your advertisement. Based on the way this item was marketed, I reasonably expected a product made with authentic materials and professional craftsmanship. Unfortunately, this was not the case, and I feel the item was misrepresented. Buying from the flea market locally here in LA has better quality.

Because of this, I am very dissatisfied with my purchase. I wish I would've listened to the poor reviews, not sure why so many great reviews. Will dispute this with Paypal.

I am extremely disappointed with this service and product. It was advertised as high quality, but what I received was clearly fake and very poorly made. The material feels cheap, stitching is sloppy, and the bag looks nothing like the photos. Within days, it began to fall apart.

This is misleading and unacceptable. I would not recommend purchasing handbags from this seller. Save your money.

You will not get the pictures as advertised. The pictures they post online are not the bags you will get. These are streets knock offs from the streets of New York. The advertised as 1.1 quality meaning it should mirror the real deal; this is not the case at all. They are scamming you guys. Please look else where. These bags look fake to a blind man; they are obviously fake looking like they did not try at all. If you're going to be criminals; try to be good at it at least. Look else where. Please be cautious

Bags will get picked up by customs and they will do absolutely nothing to help the situation but generate a BS email. Go look elsewhere. Reviews must be fake.

Ordered two bags for my daughter for different occasions. Both bags were exceptionally good, especially the Chanel was excellent. Would always recommend ordering here. Only point I am missing is a better canvas dust bag!
