This is a review of order number 216315. Firstly, I requested to cancel my order prior to the order being shipped and they did not cancel the order. Secondly, I did not receive photos of my bags before they were shipped. Although the vendor has stated in their reply that they would send pictures or normally send pictures, in this case they did not. I have emails sent to the vendor prior to receiving the shipping confirmation requesting pictures, I never received them. Lastly, once I received my bags, they were just put in a plastic shipping bag, no boxes or no protective packaging, I did receive three separate shipments. The three bags were terrible replicas. All three bags were either missing parts that would make them 1:1 replicas or pieces of the bags were simply not the same as the original manufacturer. They advertise 1:1 or AAAAA premium replicas but these bags are terrible knock offs. The bags don't smell very good either, they have a very funky smell, not fresh leather that's for sure. I've requested a full refund, we'll see what happens next.

The company provided an update on the status of my order every day or so, and the product is well made and nice looking, I have ordered 3 items from the company.

Horrible replicas! There were many noticeable differences from the authentic. I understand this is a replica website, but for the price, this company is scamming people out of money. The picture that they sent me for the QA photo was a joke; the LV logo wasn't even in a straight line! The interior of the purse was also the wrong color. Wish I could upload a picture so everyone could see how much of a joke they are. I was able to get a refund, but they tried to tell me it was too late at first, saying the courier had already picked up the bag, so I got PayPal involved and was offered a refund. They also said I could pay more for Master quality, but didn't show a master quality option on the website. Please save your time and money and don't order from this website. All the reviews must be fake!

You will get a complete different bag from the photos showed on their website. And when they send you QC photo made it seem like it was legit, but they will hide all the differences, if you ask more photo they would tell you it was shipped. When you receive the bag and try to return it they will find all the excuses. Just don’t buy from them!!!! I had to dispute with PayPal and my bank for money back. You will get the lowest quality product with high price tag.
