Stay away!
So far so bad! It’s been 2 months. Yes they keep in touch but keep changing their story! I haven’t had any luck with any valid tracking. Then they sent a picture to me of a different item altogether!
I’m going to fight this one As I still haven’t received anything!

Hi georgeanne, we are very sorry for giving you a bad shopping experience. The shipping pictures look different because some bags were folded when taking the photos. You haven't received the goods for a long time because some bags have been seized by customs three times. However, after each seizure by customs, we resend them for free and will not charge customers any shipping fees. We continue to communicate with you to reassure customers that we are not scammers and will not run away with money, and our refund policy is always valid.

Best customer service and packaging
I have bought one bag first. Excellent customer service, you don’t need to contact then as they keep updating you about your order. Within couple days they shipped and sent me the tracking number. The bag arrived in a box, excellent shape, packaging and along with the bag they sent a twilly ribbon for the handles and the horse accessory. I have already ordered more!
