OneAZ Credit Union Avis 

I’m extremely impressed with the customer service at this bank. The staff are friendly, especially Sherry Vanderbloemen. She is professional, and always willing to go the extra mile to help. She takes the time to listen, answer questions clearly, and make every interaction smooth and stress-free. Excellent service and a great customer service.

I recieved 4 zelle transactions in total over $1000.00. The payments failed due to bank outage. I lost all that money because, although they can see the transactions and the failure was because of them, they cannot do anything about it.
This is the second time i have lost money. I will be closing my account today.

Update: I called customer Service at the number they provided in the response. The second time by the way, to see if they had a different resolution. They told me to contact the people that sent the zelle transactions and have them resend it.
The payments were for a service I provided and I do not have their zelle information to request payment. None of the people have responded to phone calls or text.
I should not have to try to chase money that was already paid and look unprofessional or like a shady fly by night operation.
Oneaz credit union should have to re-imburse me for the money lost because of their negligence.
I may seeklegal advice today because this has put my rent and bills behind.

Michelle was excellent. She processed my request quickly and efficiently and went the extra step on advising me on unclaimed credit card rewards.

Overall, the 40 minute wait time is a poor service so the overall rating is 4 stars.

I'd never had a problem with this bank until a few days ago. To cut a very long story short I opened up a bill pay for a new credit card to pay. This Bank decides to send two paper checks instead of doing an electronic payment. These two checks are still in limbo right now because the address that they went to does not exist.

I just simply put in an address for Capital One not realizing they were going to send checks to it.

Labor Day being a holiday I decided to call them today I was on hold for 17 minutes and I will not give my phone number to call back because this bank is known at least with me for the last four times of not calling back.

As I leave this review I have left messages on five different bank manager voicemails and not one has ever called me back. I am not impressed in the slightest to be honest with you it's about time to try another bank or credit union.

UPDATE: You expect me to call you on a number that hung up on me after 17 minutes.

Today, September 4, 2026, I had a terrific experience working with OneAZ Credit Union Representative, Ms. Madison Bourquin. This young lady was kind, responsive to my questions and provided OUTSTANDING SERVICE. Frankly, her attention to detail was terrific as well. Her level of communication with the customer was detailed and informative. I am a long-time customer of OneAZ Credit Union and it is great to know that the Credit Union is employing extremely competent individuals like Madison Bourquin. Please compensate that person well as she is truly an asset to OneAZ Credit Union!

We have been members for several years. The loan process is always simple and professional. We worked with Charlene Jurado this time, and it was the easiest, fastest auto financing I’d ever experienced. Banking with One AZ Credit Union is a much better experience than using a traditional big bank.

Madison Bourquin provided the best customer service to me. This was the second time I have been fortunate that she answered my call. She is knowledgeable and kind and she offers great information regarding your services that I was not aware of. She is an employee I would want to pay well and promote to management. I believe she is a great problem solver and she could be a great trainer. Don't let this one get away. She is truly talented and puts her great personality, and problem solving abilities upfront as a true ambassador to your company!

Every time I’ve had issues, OneAZ has been very helpful and accommodating. I would definitely recommend them.

I use on line bill paying service. First time ever I got a red color message that my transaction failed. Aria called me back and helped me to see where I went wrong.

i originally called to close the account because i opened it for the bonus that i received a few months ago and did not need the account any longer. melissa graeves was such a great customer service agent. she told me about having a propel savings account for under 10k for 3.75 percent and i checked my ally account and i was receiving 3. % but i can only give you 9999.99 to get that rate. she also told us that one az was opening a branch in surprise which is 5 minutes from my home. i decided to not close the account due to the propel saving account and the new branch opening. at the time of my first call melissa did not know when the new branch was opening probably in the fall 2026 and then she even called me back to tell me it was early 2027. now that is excellent customer service. it was a pleasure speaking with her this morning. she also explained to me that i need to keep a share account with 5.00 in it to be a member. i am not familiar with credit unions and so was extremely helpful explaining everything to me. what a great conversation today.

Account went inactive. They charged "inactivity fees" before closing it with a negative balance of 87 cents and later reported me to ChexSystems for "account abuse". Do not recommend.
