Account went inactive. They charged "inactivity fees" before closing it with a negative balance of 87 cents and later reported me to ChexSystems for "account abuse". Do not recommend.

Karen was most helpful navigating me through an issue made more problematic because I currently live abroad. She explored all options to help me. Her communication was very clear and I appreciate her thoroughness.

Melissa Graeve provided EXCELLENT support to me related to Zelle. I use Zelle frequently and have experienced every nuance of its capabilities and limitations which are not transparent to the user but when exceeded are extremely frustrating. Melissa diagnosed and researched my issues and answered every question. I am now an expert Zelle user and am able to manage my use of that app without running into problems.

Mikayla Meier called me to finalize my new savings account. She quickly found the hold up on the processing of the new account and straightened it out in no time. It was a pleasure speaking with her. She has a very friendly personality. She helped me get the funds in the account that were needed and I'm ready to go! She made it exciting. Thanks Mikayla and OneAZ for my new accounts. All I have worked with to open them have been so pleasant. Including Emma Hernandez in the Yuma Branch for my business account who got everything in order and worked out so well.

OneAZ Credit Union is very poorly run. I had to obtain a loan there due to the property I purchased. The lender who helped me no longer works there, and, my loan seems to be incorrect. Two, a branch manager had to correct the way a savings account was incorrectly established, In doing so, he removed the funds from the account and didn't return them. Third, in trying to reach customer service one afternoon I had to call in four times, wait forever, asked for a callback and waited another 45 minutes. HORRIBLE SERVICE. Save yourself a headache and go elsewhere!

This bank has to be one of the most unprofessional and deceptive one yet. I signed up for account during the promotional 350$ period. I followed the requirements and waited the 15 days to be told rudely by their customer service that im out of luck since the code* didnt attach to my application? There was no assistance or any solution. Why would I trust my money with a bank that is not willing to make it right with a customer. I will waiting for some of my deposits to go through before closing my account. I will be referring family and friends to other banks that keep the customer in mind first.

I had a great experience refinancing my Jeep! My banker Marquelle made the process quick, easy, and stress free. He was professional, friendly, and took the time to answer all my questions. I really appreciate their excellent service and would highly recommend them!

Fly by night second rate bank with uneducated, no knowledge, and lazy people. Opened an account over 2 weeks ago but have not recieved card. Asked member staff a yes or no question over 10 times regarding whether they had tracking info and whereabouts of card. Customer service member never did answer a simple YES OR NO QUESTION AFTER REPEATEDLY ASKING. GAVE EVERY RESPONSE BUT WHAT I WAS ASKING FOR THEN HUNG UP ON ME. Customers should not be treated this way. I WILL CLOSE ALL of my accounts this week only after having them 2 weeks due to not getting any help or responses from this so called ghetto bank. I suggest they fire everyone and close their doors if they can't do better than this. When you hire staff that is more interested in looking at Facebook than providing customer service it results in reviews that reveal your true performance and character
