Maria Arcos was such a help, I had a problem with my car insurance and she was able to reimburse me everything that I was owed !! She was patient and answered everything I had questions on !

I refinanced my vehicle, and was hesitant because it was my first time refinancing a vehicle. A.J Miranda assisted me through this process and answered all the questions I had. The process was painless and I was able to refinance within two days of submitting my documents. Thank you, AJ.

I’m quite sure I was the first caller at 8:30 AM today and I was fortunate enough to get John Smith III as my customer care representative. John was patient and gracious and he and colleagues did careful and diligent research and sorted out a complicated problem.

Lindsay was the best agent I could have ever asked to work with!! I live in Havasu and was using SoCal Credit Union since they had a local branch. I've had loans w them for some time now and decided to refinance with them. Since they changed ownership, it was one of the most painstaking processes I have ever dealt with. I'm 25 so managing the internet stuff and all the details needed was easy. I had a 6.99 rate w them and 800+ credit. They came back with 6.75 and if you jump through 100 hoops you can get half a percent off. They took days to process 2 vehicles I wanted to refi and 1 vehicle I still did not have an answer on in two days. I call ONEAZ and probably spend 10 minutes addressing my concerns with Lindsay and 20 more minutes going the application with her over the phone. At the end of our 35-40 minute phone call, I had an answer and approval on 2 of the vehicles I wanted to refinance!!!! All completed practically within a day total. The banking app is really easy to use as well. Will bring all my business here.

Maria solved all my issues with closing an account and guided me through how to stop a scheduled transfer. Thanks.

I was helped out today by Virtual Banker (Seidy Gardea Trejo) and she was super helpful and informative towards several questions I had and easily helped me towards my account and showed wonderful membership appreciation.

Overall bad experience I’ve been trying to get my account back open and still haven’t gotten any help. got closed due to address not updated even though I am me and have been in a run around since almost a full day and still no answers highly recommend people go somewhere else

I was lucky enough to get to speak twice with Jay Fowble over these last two days to clear up an issue I was working through with Zelle. She was incredibly kind, very efficient with helping me figure out how I needed to proceed and also "patient" which, I must say is hard to come by these days. At 2pm I went to the Foothills branch to open an account. It required an account specialist, I was asked to sit in lobby " area". After a bit a woman greets me,BUT WAIT she actually greets the woman from the donut corral ,who's bringing her food! I'm sitting for a bit as the woman with the food talks to the donut woman and a guy I can't see about "food & loosing weight ". The donut lady leaves, & the two " employees " continue their conversation! I figured if they're talking they can't eat, and I'm not going to resive service until they finish eating! It's 2pm and I've other things to "attempt to accomplish "! So I leave!
My recommendation Ssss, would be go before " feeding/social " time and bring food! If you want attention! Silly me I only had brought MONEY $$$!
Just received "another email" from OneAz " takes only 5min to open account, just go to your local branch "(?)🤣🤦

I applied for an Auto Loan and Tim Riggs was my loan officer. I had previously sold my old car and needed a new one ASAP. I had already asked for days off at my job to get this process done so I could have a means of transportation to my job, and Tim Riggs was able to finalize the loan in a day! I am so grateful he took the time and went out of his way to get my loan approved by underwriting. I had been waiting for a call since 8 in the morning waiting for an approval. I called at 10am and spoke with Tim and within 30-40 minutes he was able to get my loan approved. We had been bothering Tim all morning from 10am until the banks closed at 5pm. I am so thankful for all his hard work and understanding, when I had so many questions. He showed professionalism and patience, and I couldn’t have been happier to have been assigned Tim Riggs as my loan officer, I honestly don’t think the loan would’ve been finalized in the couple of hours, had we not been assigned Tim. I appreciate everything he did for me that day and am extremely grateful.
