Yesterday I had to visit a ONEAZ branch to resolve some issues with a loan with another bank. I was fortunate to meet Sage who helped me resolve the issue. She was pleasant and very patient while I dug for my information. She made what I feared would be a difficult situation into a pleasant visit.
She is a gem.

I applied for a personal loan last night and only took a few minutes, the following day around 10am I received a call from Marquelle Spellman a loan manager to complete my application, he was very helpful and walked me through the process and only took a few minutes, once the loan was approved he stayed on the line while I accessed my bank account to verify the funds were deposited, this was the most easy process I've ever experienced, one out of five stars Marquelle scored a ten.... thank you for a quick response and easy process..
