One Life Adventures Avis 

I’m actually not quite sure I can put into words just how incredible the 10 days Philippines tour is. Vlad was our tour guide and what a guy he is. His attention to detail was fantastic, he was there every step of the way showing us the absolute best The Philippines has to offer, I couldn’t think of a better person to be our guide. It was truly the trip of a lifetime. Thank you Vlad for helping me fall in love with life again. Salamat po!

VLAD WAS THE BEST!! It’s very rarely that you find a tour guide who feels like part of the group instead of just someone who is there to do a job. He made every activity inclusive to all, he made sure we all had a good time, and he showed us traditions and activities that only locals knew about. I highly recommend him for any and all tours you ever go on IN YOUR LIFE!

I would like to firstly say that South Korea and the whole trip was a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend visiting the country and taking in all that it has to offer. At the very beginning of the tour, starting in Seoul, we had a wonderful tour leader that was always enthusiastic, helpful and just a joy to be with. She was very knowledgeable of the places we visited, always there to answer our questions and helped us explore Seoul in our free time. Sadly she was unable to continue with us and we got a new guide and leader. Sadly, this person was no where near as professional as our last one. Wasn’t as knowledgeable and was just sometimes unpleasant to be around. Made some sexists remarks as well regarding women. After leaving Seoul, we felt rushed and sometimes had no idea why we were visiting a certain place or area. On one of the nights, we were told that we were going to have a wine tasting night - which turned out to be the tour guide just buying cheap drinks from the convenience store….therefore we were misled greatly. When we finally got to Busan, it was a great disappointment. Firstly, the hotel that we stayed at was in a not so nice area and away from the main hub of Busan. That evening we went to a night market, which turned out to be just a place with lots of different food places to eat and not at all authentic to the Korean street food experience that we were expecting in Busan.

Again I will end by saying that South Korea and Seoul was an amazing experience, but once we got a new guide and left to explore the rest of South Korea, it was just a let down and not worth the experience at all.

A great tourguide is a key ingredient of the tour. Jordan is all I could ask for, for my first trip. Great recommendations he made too.

I have an amazing time I would highly recommend it in the future

George was our guide. We were his biggest group to date-he did an excellent job of herding us like a pack of crazed feral cats onto our adventures on a timely schedule. He was informative, patient with us( we currently hold the record for most lost & recovered items to my knowledge) and made our experience very enjoyable and memorable! I feel like he’s still working on improving his karaoke song selection but it looks promising — keep at it buddy! ;P Thank you!

Had an incredible 10 days with Vlad (our island boi) in the Philippines! The trip was packed with loads of included activities and and yummy local food, and a special mention to the cultural day and trip to a local school, I was a little sceptical of but felt very authentic and the kids were genuinely happy to meet us! The weather was a little less than ideal on our trip but Vlad was extremely helpful and supportive with alternative travel plans we needed to make while still smiling and keeping energy positive! Can’t wait to do another 1 life and to revisit the beautiful Philippines! 💜

George is a character and a great tour guide.

BOOK A ONE LIFE TOUR! Went on the 10 day Phillipines tour and it was UNREAL and our Tour guide, Vlad was by FAR the best guide I’ve had! He made the trip so incredibly special being patient and accomodating to the entire group, plus we fed off his energy the entire trip, the man does the most for his guests! The activities and locations within the Phillipines where were travelled were incredible and the friends made within the group will be life long. So honoured to be apart of the One Life fam, can not recommend their tours enough!

I had an amazing experience for my first trip to Japan. Our tour guide George was great. He managed to seamlessly wrangle 20 people, keep track of all our limitations, needs & kept us together. George is hilarious and welcoming l. I learned so much in the jam packed days & loved it!

George was a terrific guide for first-time visitors to Japan. His patience and ability to manage such a large group of travelers from different countries and backgrounds was impressive. George’s approachable nature set the tone early on and made for a memorable vacation.

George was an amazing guide! I had a great time on my one life tour of Japan. I was really nervous to be doing such a big trip for the first time but I didn’t need to be. George made sure to chat to everyone in the group and always had suggestions for extra things we could do in our free time as well as alternatives if we wanted to miss something. We had a fantastic honeymoon with One Life Tours in Japan — 5 stars. George was fun, knowledgeable and always helpful, and having a guided tour was absolutely the best way to make the most of our limited time. One small improvement: the tour should advise guests to pre-book popular attractions and museums to avoid long queues.

Such an incredible 2 week experience travelling through Japan! George was amazing and looked after us all with many laughs in the tour! Anyone who is lucky to have George as their guide is very lucky and you will have a once in a lifetime trip

A bit more free-time than I thought, but got good alternatives on what to do during that time

The entire tour was a great experience with exiting activities. Everything was well organised and gave me interesting insights into Japanese culture. Our guide Daan made everything work out smoothly - he was not only helpful but also great in making the trip a journey with friends.
