Online Carpets Avis

The carpet we chose for the bedroom was of excellent quality; luxurious to the touch. The price was great value for money, especially compared to the carpet outlets, we went to in person.
Delivery was within a reasonable time.

Carpet perfect for price paid

Such a good company. I wouldn't buy carpet from anywhere else. Excellent service.

Beautiful carpets, and such low prices. The quality is fantastic too. Although the delivery driver was on his own and the roll was super heavy and he left it lying up my stairs. I'm 70, no way to move it so had to get 2 strong men round to put it in a better place. Maybe use 2 drivers together and ask where is the best place to leave it. But will definitely use again.

From start to finish, samples arrived and to be honest it was hard to choose!
But reading up on the quality i went for isence obsession, underlay treidaire dreamwalker perfect together!
Carpet fitter was amazing!
On my first experience walking on the carpet tbh i felt like i was on a cloud it felt so luxurious beneath my feet!
When i renew other bedrooms i will definetly be using the same carpet!

Really good prices on laminate and lots of good stock. Delivered in rapid time and kept up to date with tracking right up to a 40 minute ETA text. Delivery driver was friendly and helpful too. Highly recommended.

Very satisfied!! The staff are very helpful and polite I was kept informed at every stage. The carpet is lovely. Not a bad word from me. Many thanks team

Good carpets, good service, good delivery.

We ordered some LVT flooring. The price from Online Carpets was the best we could find. Navigating and ordering via the website was easy and straightforward. I had to contact customer service a couple of times to check something out, and they were very polite and helpful. On delivery day, the tracking service was great and so helpful, and the delivery driver very pleasant and professional and right on time with the delivery. All in all, a great service all round.

Great value for money fabulous delivery

Used online carpets before and was really pleased with product. Again happy with carpet and underlay quality. Will use again. A1 seller

I must say that I was dubious at first in using an online company spending a lot of money but from the very first time of using the website right up to the delivery of all my items, the whole experience was wonderful. I was kept up to date from start to finish, the courier was exceptional. I cannot recommend Online Carpets enough. Thank you very much. The products bought are wonderful and am very happy with the carpets and laminate.

I’ve ordered several carpets from them and for the first time there was a problem with one of them. It had some damage and was too short. They sorted the problem really quickly with no hassle and I had a replacement 3 days later. Excellent customer service!

Very good price and service
