Avoid Boots Doctor
Went to buy Mounjaro 7.5mg injection, but once again waiting time is ridiculous and they don't respond to any messages when asking any questions, 3 days later they just asked for photos for prrof of previous purchases which I provided but they was so fussy they couldn't read it, they seriously need to go to specsavers, pictures was clear enough to read but there obviously blind. All they do is say sorry for any convenient which is a load of rubbish,
I wouldn't recommend buying from boots doctor, I recommend buying from Asda doctor when it will get completed same day and give superb service, 10x better than boots.

If the images provided aren't clear enough for clinical verification, we may need to request additional information. Used the online doctor service to order…
Used the online doctor service to order a prescription on 15th July and they issued the script to my local Boots Pharmacy (Wednesfield Bentley Bridge on 16th July. Apparently you should receive a text message when the item is ready to collect. According to Boots website all prescriptions should be ready to collect within 24 hours. It’s now 4 days later and still no text to collect. Have tried calling both the online doctor and the pick up store and nobody picks up the phone. I WON’T BE USING BOOTS ONLINE SERVICE AGAIN!!!!
Update 21st July. Received a response to my review from Boots Online Doctor advising they will investigate. So far nothing from the Boots Branch BENTLEY BRIDGE in WEDNESFIELD. So 5 days after paying for my prescription at £40, I still haven’t been contacted to collect.
Either the branch are at fault or Boots online but clearly seem unable to sort out what is a simple process.

Prescription sitting at 'pending clinician review' for a week now. Phoned helpline, and was told to go through consultation again, as there was nothing they could do.

AVOID!
AVOID! Very poor service. Problems with receiving items ordered online at the local branch pharmacist in Northern Ireland. Numerous calls to over the past 6 months to Customer Service Team outlining my frustration. Promises to then deliver to home address weren’t kept etc etc. I chose Boots over other similar services as I thought they were a reputable brand. After my next home delivery from their pharmacy, I will never use them again, having again encountered problems with my recent order. They are unreliable and I would never recommend them to anyone. AVOID!

I was really pleased with the help I…
I was really pleased with the help I was given by Boots Online Doctor service. I didn't know what to expect but it was easy to use. My involvement started around February 2025 and ended around July 2025. Thankfully, I'm accessing the information and care that I need from the NHS now and I've finally got round to writing a review for Boots. Boots Online Doctor gave me essential support at a time when I really needed it and for that I'll always be grateful.
