Absolute disgrace
To Boots reply my answer is that 72 hours and no reply is not acceptable no matter how busy you might be! I have asked for my account and data to be deleted, truly the worst service ever and i m surprised you are still in business trearing customers like this
Absolute disgrace! It took 24 hours for a “doctor” to even look at my order! I had an old account that i can not access because i changed emails and they said to order with my previous account! I messaged back saying i dont have access anymore 10 hours later still no reply! So when someone needs to order pills 34 hours is not acceptable! Never again

Constantly chasing orders
Not today best with orders. Constant issues with pick up delivery and after changing to home delivery. Automatic monthly orders not sent with no explanation. Note you will be constantly chasing your order. Still waiting on confirmation when my June order will be sent and delivered ?

Dismissive and rude
I contacted boots online doctor for some help. They were extremely dismissive and borderline rude. They couldnt have been less interested. I ended up using Morissons clinic instead.

Just stopped my Mounjaro suddenly said I couldn't have anymore but surely I should have reduced down the doses not just stopped abruptly. Not happy after being on it a year left me to go cold turkey not even a follow up phone call just left me an answer phone message after me spending all that money with them

Alway's helpful in explaining things when I telephone and in the messaging service, the only thing I find difficult is the actual Boots Queen Street store, they couldn't find my script they didn't text me to pick up my prescription they never answer their phone and they were extremely rude last time .
