Ordered 2 thundercloud plum trees, received 1. I've been emailing them for 2 weeks no reply, 8 emails to customer service. They charged my credit card for 2 take my money and run, I'm completely disappointed and upset with them will never buy another item again
Received three unviable trees for $155
Ordered three trees and all three arrived in extremely poor condition. The apple twist, cherry twist, and curl-free peach all have insect damage, yellow leaves that fall off at a touch, and both the twists have two or three inches of dead leaves in their pots that are clearly moldy.
I have never seen trees this pitiful. It looks like they grafted very tiny leaf clusters on an old, dead branch of something. Just abysmal.
They could improve by actually sending viable trees as advertised.
I received a tree that was almost dead
I received a tree that was almost dead, dropping its leaves, and when I reached out to the company they did not respond. It was within the return window. I do not recommend for product or customer service.

A shipping label was never created until I filed a dispute with PayPal. Several inquiries were never responded to. After my dispute was initiated, I received the ugliest order I’ve ever seen. I ordered a 3-4ft Lapkin’s Cherry tree. I received a 4ft stick with sawed off branches. Every one was cut off and maybe a dozen limp little leaves. I have no idea what I received and can hope it gets prettier.

I ordered two Blenheim apricot trees planted both of them and I wasn’t really having a whole lot of luck so I contacted them numerousP and I never got any response. I still can’t get any response from them. They have zero customer support don’t buy from them.

This company is trash I ordered 2 trees from Home Depot. 1 arrived dead and has not recovered. The other survived. I contacted Home Depot twice about the matter They gave me 503-791-9441 as a direct number to Online Orchards and told me I was on my own. The number goes directly to voicemail. It's a shame that a big box store won't even stand behind what they sell when they use sh*tty suppliers. Lesson learned. Pick up a healthy tree like I did from tytyga .com.

I ordered 3 different cherry trees
I ordered 3 different cherry trees, they look like they were boxed for 11 days by the fact that the label was made that long before they even shipped. When they arrived the roots all were full of mildew and the leaves were dead and fallen off. The Lapins is dead, the Van might recover and the Black Tartans looks like it will survive. Order from somewhere else there is a reason they have no phone number and it isn't because they are high quality. If they send me replacements I might change the review or more positive but 1 star is all they get. I will be contacting the BBB just so others know what they are.
I ordered a Blenheim and Moorpark…
I ordered a Blenheim and Moorpark apricot from Online Orchards. The Blenheim clearly was diseased with perennial canker and the Moorpark was dead. When I asked for a refund Online Orchards stated that my hardiness zone was not adequate, suggesting that the trees dead or diseased was caused by the climate zone. The trees were not here long enough to be impacted by my misidentified climate zone. I know because i have two mature Blenheim and Moorpark trees that are healthy and fruitful at my small organic farm.
Clearly this company is in trouble with a very low rating and will continue to spiral with it's negative ethics.

I ordered a tree from them last year that had 3 in of growth from a graph that was 16 in above the roots. The branches were all broken up. Customer service said there's plenty of viable growth there. The tree died midsummer. I ordered a replacement tree this spring which arrived and promptly died. I foolishly ordered another tree from them which arrived with dried up leaves and it is dead. Tried to contact them through customer service and got no reply.
Very poor experience - Avoid!
I placed an order for a pear tree and received a confirmation email but that was the last I heard from onlineorchards.com. They don’t respond to emails and don’t publish a phone number. This business is completely unresponsive and seemingly deserves all of the one star reviews. Wish I had checked their reputation first. Payment was thru Venmo and a dispute has been filed.

Ordered 5 trees, only 4 arrived. They were in bad shape - no buds or leaves and roots looked pretty sorry, not sure if they will live. I sent three emails and provided feedback on their online "provide feedback button" which asks for an email so they can get in touch. I have not heard from them. Will not do business with them again. Ever.

Tree. After my purchase I looked up the reviews and I was worried at first with all the negative reviews, but was pleasantly surprised to receive my order in a little over a week. I received a 5 in 1 apple tree and a 5 in 1 cherry tree(free upgrade). Disclaimer: They did not respond to my email but they delivered healthy trees. They were a little stressed from pruning(to fit into box) and shipping but that’s part of buying online. On arrival I unboxed the trees, to inspect for damage. The root ball was covered with damp medium plastic wrap.
I am definitely considering buying from them in the future.

I ordered a cherry tree a year ago (spring of 2024) through Home Depot. It arrived in terrible shape. After planting it had a few leaves come out and then died. Home Depot said they had zero responsibility, even though I ordered on their web site and they paid the shipping and said I should have never ordered from Online Orchards. Tried to contact Online Orchards on line as no phone number can be found and never got a response. They have my money and I have a dead stick.
I have ordered five trees
I have ordered five trees: two apricot and three plum. Roots were too short chopped, in my opinion, had just big clump, not too many small roots. Apricot trees had good amount of buds opening up. Plum trees barely had any life buds. I planted them in the temporary pots While the roots wrapped up very well in the plastic with wet straw, two of the plum trees came with multiple broken small branches and many dead- like buds. Not sure if the branches broke during transportation or during preparation. I kept the pots on my closed patio during freezing nights and cold days. Took out on the sun. The apricot trees seem to pick up nicely, buds are opening. Looks like they are staying alive. Bubblegum Toka plum tree more likely is dead, no live buds. Shiro Plum tree is the same. Italian Plum has some buds opening, so fingers cross. Giving 3 star review as at least three threes might survive. It would be nice to either get the refund or replacement trees.
Scam Company
Ordered Red Haven Peach (from OC through Home Depot) and Red Bartlett Pear from the OC main website and both were dead. Customer service emails do not get a response. I’m so irritated! Money wasted!
