Ordered pear tree as a gift. It was delivered in lifeless condition and almost no root on it, buds never appeared.
Contacted them over the email but never received any response.
It might be coincidence but soon after purchase on their page somobody tried to charge additional amount from the card. Luckly bank prevented it.

Shipped out of dormancy trees as bare root causing death
Ordered a Santa Rosa plum tree. The bare root tree was shipped to me not dormant and already leafed out. Some leaves and branches were dead so I had to prune the dead branches. Unfortunately my Santa Rosa tree didn’t survive. Why would you not pot trees that are out of dormancy and leafing out. I from Indiana so shipping can be up to a week. I am very upset and wish I read the reviews first. Beware!!

Ordered online after 2 weeks never got a notice of shipment so tried to call several times no response sent emails no response finally called the credit card company and got my money back that way sad part about it Home Depot uses the same company and I didn't realize it until after I placed the order they say I will get it by May 20th but I'm very doubtful because it hasn't even been shipped yet so I may be trying to get my money back from Home Depot or a credit back

Beautiful plot twist
To be honest after I had not received updates on my purchase on the first week, I looked for reviews online and saw a bunch of bad reviews and let myself be influenced by them so emailed the company to follow up on the status of my purchase. The company responded within 24hrs stating that my order would be shipped the Friday of that same week, then the next day I got a notification that a label had been created and it remained like that for about 1 week. So I sent a follow up email again, but no response was received so I decided to press on the tracking of the package. I noticed that it said my tree would be delivered the next day. The next day I received the tree with the pleasant surprise that it was well wrapped, very healthy 3-4ft tree with a few sprouts already coming up. I ordered the cherry tree 3 in 1. The roots were well packaged and very clean. There was no dirt on the roots, but they appeared healthy. The tree has been in ground for almost 1 week now and is still looking very healthy. I am so happy with my purchase and feel guilty letting others influence my perception of things. My sincere apologies to online orchards. I am very happy with the little tree. Thank you!
Trees were shipped in January when…
Trees were shipped in January when ground was frozen. Trees were already coming out of dormancy. I had to put them in pots and try and keep them till planting time. They didn’t make it! Tried contacting with seller to no avail. Finally got them to respond. They said they would give partial refund however did not!! I do not recommend online orchards!!!!!

The worst customer experience ever
This place is a scam. Both of my Santa Rosa plum trees died quickly after arrival. I didn't realize it until after what I thought was a dormancy period. Once I realized they were dead, I began to try and contact them, but got no response. The customer service is not only awful, it's non-existent! Terrible company and I would never buy from them again just due to that fact alone.

Ordered thru Home Depot. Failed to ship 5 out of 11 plants but I still got charged for all 11 plants. One that did arrive was near death. Plants were crammed into small boxes like sardines. The entire experience was a nightmare.

I rrdered a Apircot Tree April 4th. Did not receive until April 20th tree leaves were dried up and tree looked dead. After numerous calls, text and emails did not receive any communication from online orchards. Very poor customer service. Would not use online orchards again.😒

I ordered two cherry trees in April of 2023 and planted them, no flowering occurred the first year but when I didn’t see them start to bloom with my other trees from another nursery I reached out to let them know the trees they sent were not alive and they said there was nothing they could do since it “had been too long” when in reality it had just been one growing season. I also used Stark Bros and those trees bloomed but if they hadn’t I do know Stark had a guarantee for their trees which makes them easier to work with.
I ordered two cherry trees
I ordered two cherry trees, received email confirming order, but no other information. After two weeks I received a shipment is on its way email, but no delivery date. Nine days later I received a delivered email. The trees were supposed to be 3 to 4 feet tall, one was 33 inches and the other was 36 inches. The BIG problem I have with both trees are the roots, what was left of the roots was miniscule compared to the tree. I will never consider using online orchards again. I will have to wait and see if they survive.
I ordered two cherry trees
I ordered two cherry trees. They came very well secured in hay and moisture holding gels and plastic, I planted them and they sprouted very well. The next tree is Prune trees, the roots were cut too close to trunk, no feathery roots, and it is taking longer to sprout, I am still waiting, luckily it is raining quite often , so I am hoping it will gets its footing. I emailed the company about the prune trees, let us see how they make it right.
So far I am confidant. let us see how it flourishes, I will write a follow up.

I received my order of several shrubs through Home Depot. The plants were healthy and good size. They were so good, the rabbits ate all the leaves!
