Online Turf Avis

Great product, great price, great delivery timescales and great communication! Partucularly love the aftercare emails advising on how to care for and when to mow the new turf.
Very happy customer with an amazing looking new lawn!

Absolutely brilliant....from the first email confirming my order to the delivery updates and the delivery itself everything went so smoothly. The courier was on time and extremely helpful. Their website gives tips and tricks for laying the turf and it's immediate after care. For me this was so reassuring, being a lady pensioner at the age of 77 not having laid turf before.
The quality of the turf is exceptional, we did have a lot of rain but a week and a half after laying it is a lush green and looking very healthy.
I'm super super happy thank you so much

Excellent, friendly, efficient, helpful service and staff.

Genuinely, I couldn't believe the quality of turf for the price. it's fantastic. Their communication has been spot on. There has been aftercare that was not expected but a lovely touch too. Although it was heavy and exhausting work, the turf was easy to lay and looks great. Thoroughly recommend.

Great quality product, received in great condition and the lawn has been laid and has taken very well. 3rd time now buying from Online Turf. Would definitely buy from this company again when needed. Delivery of the product was also great, delivered with care and to where asked.

Immaculate turf, as long as you are ready to receive it and roll it on the same day of delivery you will not be disappointed.
Their back up via email was also a great surprise with free advise.
No need to go elsewhere, this was perfect. Thank you

From start to finish Online Turf was an excellent choice.
I ordered online at lunchtime on Thursday and on Friday morning at 9:30am a lorry pulled up and delivered my turf. Local suppliers had quoted me for the following week delivery. I ordered stadium quality turf and have to say it was lovely. The turfs were uniform, complete and the quality of the grass very excellent. The price was excellent too. Thank you online Turf.

Excellent company at a great price with a great product. Delivery was fast and they delivered on everything they stated. I order 110sqm of ‘rye gold turf’
I was unable to be there for delivery and all instructions were met.
I would highly recommend and I’ll definitely use this company again. No complaints at all

Punctual delivery service kept updated on timings. The quality of the turf is superb, one of the best we have used, the rolls came packaged perfectly and all 22 of them were of consistency great quality, laying it was no issue at all, it looks great. Would always recommend with confidence.

Great turf at a good price. Delivery was just as advised, and the turf was easy to lay and looks great after only 4 days. I certainly would reuse the firm again and would recommend to all looking for quality turf at a great price.

I needed quality turf quickly and was surprised to see that online turf pretty much had a following day service. Phoned them, paid and the following day or perhaps the day after, the turf arrived. It was laid the following day and once down, clearly really good quality, no weeds or dead bits. Watered thoroughly during the first two weeks, it has rooted well, looks great and nice to see that there are still a few companies who provide the service that they claim on their website. The delivery driver was also very good and followed the instruction on where best to drop the pallets.

Good value, delivered promptly & good aftercare

The stadium turf arrived quickly and was very fresh, well wrapped on a pallet.
I will order again in the future,
Very well impressed.

We purchased the budget one ,the turf is really good quality. The delivery driver was very helpful friendly and kind. It was a tricky little street and managed to deliver without complaint We would definitely recommend

Easy to order, quick deliver and great quality turf. Even followed up with and email when it was time to mow the new lawn! Would recommend

The delivery was on time, the ease of ordering was great. The turf looked really healthy and is looking great. I really liked the communication by email and the email that will remind us to do our first mow

I redid my lawn recently and bought the turf from online turf at a short notice. They delivered the consignment exactly as promised and the turf is really awesome. The delivery personnel are also very kind and understanding and the overall experience was awesome.

Great turf , easy to order , good price arrived on time and was delivered where we wanted it , soon put down and looks brilliant , hopefully can keep it looking good

Ordered 75 m2 of turf and paid extra for a morning delivery on top of delivery for a Saturday. Working all summer on the garden in anticipation to lay turf and nothing ever arrived. We had confirmation of the order, no communication other than that. No time of arrival, nothing. I rung them Monday morning to get a refund which luckily I did. But I would not trust this company in the slightest many better companies out there, and always buy from a local company for turf. Biggest con I’ve ever experienced is online turf.

Easy company to deal with. Turf was delivered on time and in lovely condition.
Would thoroughly recommend.
