The seeds box was opened and the seeds were falling on the floor. The customer service was very unhelpful.

Turf arrived today in great condition - really pleased with the quality - and delivery was great.

I ordered the premium turf and top soil bundle and it arrived in the morning last Tuesday. Immediately spread the top soil and started to lay the turf only to find that a third of the turf was from a very different batch. It was yellowing and difficult to lay as it would start to rip easily. Rang the Rolawn office to report and ask for replacement and they told me to continue to lay and water well and email customer support to report with pictures. I did this and they agreed to send replacement turf but it took nearly a week before replacement rolls of turf arrived. It was nice and green and healthy like the rest of the good original turf.

The top soil was very good, and the healthy turf is a good quality but it's all been a bit of a disappointing hassle. I do appreciate Rolawn did resolve the issue but it fell short of the service/quality I expected for the price paid. That said I would recommend the bundle purchase for turf just hope you don't get some poor quality like I did first time.

Regular updates about the delivery, and once it arrived, the delivery driver was really diligent with where it was left so as not to block the driveway. Thank you Rolawn.

I have used Rolawn now on 3 separate occasions to deliver 200m2 of turf and have been extremely impressed each time.

The turf is at a premium price but it’s also premium quality - really good thick turf which has taken fantastically in our garden and looks pretty much perfect about a month after laying.

I also found customer services to be extremely helpful when contacted, and also the delivery man really did a great job too.

From my experience Rolawn are exceptional and would use again (and will!) - many thanks!

Great response to a change of delivery date. Then the actual delivery to a tricky site was seemless. Super helpful driver with a total ‘can do’ attitude. So welcome and refreshing. Well done and thank you Rolawn and your delivery partners.

Good quality soil and turf but the delivery and customer service is outrageously bad. For my soil delivery I was charged extra for a Saturday delivery and without consulting with me they split the order in two and delivered the second part 4 days later. This resulted in us delaying the work by a week as we did not have the materials at hand. Also our drive is a difficult access which I also wrote in the order and phoned Roland to have the smallest possible truck. They sent a big truck. The delivery guys asked us to notify lawn when we order the turf to request a special delivery truck(which they used for the second part of the delivery) as it will make it easier for them. When I ordered the turf I put in the details from the delivery guys to help them but it was ignored by Rolawn and they sent a standard truck with an inexperienced driver who got stuck on our drive and blocked it and resulted us having to wheelbarrow down all the turf from the truck. Not to mention upsetting our neighbours. No communication whatsoever from the company.

I am very impressed with the top dressing to which I add good quality grass seed and the following season especially after the kind of summers we have had recently. The lawn looks great and has much more resilience to the effects of the sun because it improves both moisture absorption yet at the same time also helps the water to get to the roots rather than laying on the surface.
On the rare occasions when their as been any delivery issue the Rolawn Customer Service team quickly resolve it.

Delivery was on day as arranged. Received an email a little before delivery letting me know it was on its way. Driver courteous and helpful. Certainly nothing to complain about and very pleased overall.

Very pleased with product, ordered 40 sq meters of turf only 1 roll a bit below 100 percent .
Delivery company very good, based on delivery information I received product 1 day after being cut .

The soil was delivered on time; the app kept me informed of the status of my delivery and once arrived the driver was excellent, friendly and very helpful. The soil is top quality and a it has real pleasure to have done business with Rolawn thank you.

Driver miscalculated his position and instead of moving to a more sensible position he carried on and the pallet dropped to a poor position. He could not then move it so we have a pallet in a position that makes it difficult to get out of the drive.

Don't bother. Utter rubbish organisation. 4 bags topdressing ordered, initial delivery by contractor failed as items had fallen off pallet and were missing 2 bags. Redelivered the 2 bags but 2 bags missing and Rolawn offer no support until they get feedback from courier. Advised that driver returned to depot to put bags on pallet and there were no more bags in the depot. Utterly disgusted customer feedback of only getting half on order cannot be addressed. Now unable to complete the project and will be out of pocket. Quality of what has been delivered is poor compared to previous years. Seem to be a larger amount of gravel in that previous years. Shocking, will seek support from credit card company as attempts to discuss issue for support is pointless.

Absolutely terrible service. Arranged a delivery day and waited in all day for delivery. Didn't turn up. Called to chase and was told that the delivery was cancelled. V unhelpful call handler.

I read a few of the reviews before ordering so I was a little concerned, but I needed the product on a certain day, annd the compost itself and service had great reviews on another feedback website. I always take reviews on here with a pinch of salt and I have to say I needn’t have worried as I was extremely impressed with everything start to finish. Ordering was easy, I got an email about my delivery which reiterated the requirement for a solid surface for offloading (which even if you don’t read their info is pretty obvious to most people given the weight of bulk bags and the trolleys delivery guys use to get them off the truck, but clearly not to everyone 😖) The compost was just as I wanted so I’ll definitely be using them again and felt compelled to leave a review seeing as it only seems to be a small number of complainers that bother.

I should have checked the reviews properly before , as I’m not surprised to see such low ratings… your lawn will arrive dry and damaged and when you ask for it to be sorted out , the customer service will just tell you “oh just roll it out as fast as possible and get it wet” , needless to say 4 weeks afterwards , the lawn is patchy , broken and terrible quality … all precautions were taken and the foundation was done flawlessly. I urge you strongly to never use this time and money wasting service. The only redeeming part of the whole process was that the driver had the gonads to deliver to our smaller smaller residential address/ narrow road
