Online Turf Avis

Our turf was delivered to the wrong street and signed for by a random person. We just received a delivery notification with no location and had to find and transport the turf ourselves. We asked for a refund for the expensive delivery charge (the delivery charge cost more than the turf) and were told because the order was signed for (not by us, or anyone we know) that we couldn't have one.

Delighted with online turf, brilliant service from start to finish, prompt delivery, excellent product, grass growing well… And even follow-up /aftercare instructions.. i’ve just ordered another batch of turf… Well done team.

"Excellent in every way,. Delivery driver called 30 minutes before arriving, very helpful and friendly, left pallet in a convenient place after consultation with me. Turf was well packaged, accurately cut and with the advice on the website very easy to lay. High quality turf that has settled within 7 days, the follow up and advice after the sale is also outstanding. The turf is growing beautifully and evenly. Will HIGHLY recommend without reservation. ALSO the cost is extremely competitive and reasonable. Thank you!"

This is the second time I have purchased Turfs from this company, once in April and now in September. Doing a large 50 Square meter garden in two stages. The first lot of Turfs took brilliantly and despite the intense heat of the summer, they have came back green and healthy in no time.
The latest delivery I laid to complete the lawn again looks super healthy and I fully expect it to knit well with the established half in no time.
This company supply quality Turfs and there service is excellent too. To say I am happy is an understatement, I am confident the lawn will last years!

Prompt delivery, well stacked and wrapped, great and healthy turf, laid and looking great, nearly ready for first cut

Amazing service in an extreme heatwave, which was least expected. Very pleased with this company.

From delivery to instructions on best way to lay turf.
It was healthy and green and very good quality.

I ordered my turf from Online Turf and was delighted with the results. The turf arrived in excellent condition on the day and within the time specified. I have also really appreciated the support and follow up emails from the company - explaining exactly what I needed to do and even when to give my grass its first mow. I am delighted with the results, so much so, that I now need to order some more turf for my front garden!

We ordered turf rolls for our garden. The communication was great, delivery was swift, the rolls are good quality and the turf looks amazing!

I bought my turf from these guys, so happy with the price and the quality.
Delivered very quickly
Quality was spot on
Done my 1st cut and it looks amazing

Great quality turf, which is already growing well after a few days of rain. After all the dry conditions around the country I expected the grass to be at least yellow, but no so - verdant green and in good damp top soil. It was packaged on the pallet extremely well, delivered to the driveway and complete with a couple of bags of topsoil to make best use of the pallet delivery. Such a good price too and beats any of the top builders merchants and diy stores. Would recommend Online Turf to everyone looking for a great lawn.

The turf was delivered as promised and it gave me ample time to lay it the same day.
It's been down for two weeks now and has taken really well.
It's a very high quality turf and looks amazing.
I would recommend for sure!

Excellent turf. Delivery without hassle.
I put my turf down a week ago and it looks fantastic. Very happy

Rapid delivery (next day). Syuperb grass which has continued to look great. Really helpful (unsolicited) support, advice and follow-up

Online Turf were great. They were very helpful. Had the best price. Then on top of that they had free delivery. And they delivered beautiful emerald green turf at 10am so I could lay it immediately. They deliver the kind of customer service companies used to deliver back in the good old days! My experience with them was delightful!
