The Service was great from every member of staff we dealt with. Jade in the office was very helpful with everything,as was the drop off driver and pick up driver. The vehicle was immaculate, easy to drive and very comfortable. The price of the hire included delivery and pickup service.
I would definitely recommend open road access if you need to hire a wheelchair accessible vehicle.

I was looking for a minivan to take us on holiday,, I have a disabled daughter in a wheelchair ,,, the mini bus we got was perfect for our needs ,, with easy access at the rear for my daughter and plenty of room for the luggage and passengers. Sunny our rep explained everything and even went over some things again,, the company explained all that would happen at each stage from drop off to collecting well done to a great company

We needed a replacement wheel chair accessible vehicle for my son as his was in for urgent repairs. ORA were quick to source an a vehicle and had it delivered within 48 hours. When we needed the hire extended they sorted that and I have been very happy with the service given. Will use again and will happily recommend them to friends and family

What a great company!
I needed a car to get my Mum to my Dad's funeral. They exceeded my expectations at every stage. They were courteous and patient over the phone, explaining about the various cars on offer. I received ETA notifications the day before delivery from the driver, NAZ, who on the day explained how to safely use the wheel chair ramp. Like the head office staff, he was so helpful, polite, and patient. I honestly couldn't recommend them more. Even the Funeral Directors wanted their details it seems so hard to find a company that provides a service like them.

Oh, and the price was so reasonable too - I honestly wonder how they can provide this level of service at the price they charge.

Open Road Access definitely saved the day! After hitting multiple barriers due to accessible vehicles for my wheelchair bound uncle to attend my wedding - the idea of hiring a WAV came to mind. After a quick google search, along came Open Road Access. From first contact they were ever so helpful! Speedy, prompt replies including as much detail as they could in order to reduce the amount of back and forth needed and within a day or so the vehicle was booked for me! (I suspect they’d be much quicker had I phoned instead of insisting on email but I was at work!).
The wedding day came and my day was made when the WAV arrived, well inside the time frame I had requested and in a very high standard too. Returning the vehicle was just as easy and overall I was overwhelmed with how straight forward the whole transaction was! I would definitely recommend them to anyone facing the same struggles as we were - we’re even considering a longer term higher to take my uncle away for a few days. Thank you so much to Open Road Access for definitely making the open road accessible for my uncle and those in similar situations!

From finding this company via Google search, to handing back the hire vehicle to Ferg its been a pleasure dealing with them. No hidden costs, very well priced in line with normal vehicle hire. All the team members are very good communicators which is so important in today's environment. Andy who dropped the car off was very charming he even brought in a package left at our front gate by Amazon. I very much recommend this company and already have passed on the details to clergyman at a funeral I attended yesterday.

We needed a wheelchair access car to enable my dad to attend a funeral. ORA were extremely helpful and managed to get us a car at short notice to suit our needs, which took the pressure from us at a difficult time. The staff were friendly , helpful and went to great lengths to get us what we needed. A fast reliable company and reasonably priced . Would highly recommend.
