My experience with ORTEX has been disappointing. I tested a specific subset of its data and did not find a meaningful difference from information available for free. To be clear, my testing was limited to that subset; I have not evaluated everything ORTEX offers. However, what I tested did not demonstrate enough added value to justify the cost, particularly given the expensive credit system.

My email request went unanswered, and ORTEX only replied after I posted this review, referencing the review in their response. They attributed the missed email to Gmail classifying my message as spam. I cannot verify what happened on their end, but I do not find that explanation convincing.

I appreciate that they eventually responded, but the experience has left me dissatisfied with both the value and the support.

Nice platform, good APIs. Great customer support, well exceeded previous experiences with other platforms!

Ik heb mijn bestelling nog steeds niet ontvangen, ondanks dat deze volgens uw systeem geleverd zou zijn.
De door u aangeleverde informatie en foto vormen geen geldig bewijs van levering. Daarnaast blijkt uit uw eigen gegevens dat het adres onvolledig is (geen huisnummer), waardoor correcte bezorging niet mogelijk was.
Ik heb inmiddels meerdere keren contact met u opgenomen, maar er is nog steeds geen passende oplossing geboden.

Har købt defekt vandfilter og fik afvide jeg skulle sende en video. Efter det er gjort er de tavse og vil ikke give penge retur.

I signed up for free to evaluate its main drawcards, 'short interest' and 'trading signals'. Neither is accessible on this tier. Whats the point of offering a free tier if wont allow for it to be evaluated? The whole pricing structure signals a con to me. I am staying away from this timewaster.

Ortex is hands down the best tool I use for trading. It gives me everything I need to follow companies and make the most informed decisions regarding fundamentals, short interest, trading signals, and analysis. It’s a must have in today’s environment

Very well priced platform with accurate data. Plenty of tools to use and screens to look through. I use them all the time and have never had any issues, will continue to use in the foreseeable future.

Ortex is a great system and easy to use. There is so much information available and it has an accessible interface to allow you to find anything you need. The data is up to date and I find the short interest section particularly useful. As an area I look into a lot, I think it’s great that there are so many others aspects you can analyse along with that as with other systems I have used, it usually only focuses on one particular area so the breadth of information is brilliant. Would highly recommend.
