I have been really impressed with the improvements made on the new interface! It's great to see ORTEX expanding their offering - I'm especially excited for the new Options & Crypto data! There's an incredible amount of data sets for the price and the customer support have been extremely helpful in answering my questions. Keep up the good work

I bought this service hoping for insight but it's horrible data. The SI (short interest) data isn't accurate. I've had the service for almost 8 months. The alpha trading signals are total and complete BS. Also, any alpha SI trades are so late to the party. It's like, yeah, here's you're trading signal from yesterday when the squeeze occurred, it's not going to happen again today dummy. The lagging build data on multiple screens. They run a pretty well played scam and for those that are serious about investing look elsewhere. I've never made a solid trade or a penny of this service which was close to 1k for annual.

Fantastic software. So easy to use and whenever there’s something you don’t understand the help team are on hand to assist straight away. Incredibly helpful for my dissertation, as the data they provide is very insightful!

Absolutely terrible, if you want to confidently lose money go with ortex. Their alpha signals are straight garbage and they even hook you in by giving multiple 8 out of 8 (100% correct) triggers. Honestly about every stock they recommend has gone down. I just got into stocks this year and have made an absolute killing. I decided to sign up with them and I haven’t traded in 3 months since because I’m just waiting for the stocks they told me to invest in to get remotely close to my average. Much better off doing my own dd and that applies to everyone. Trust pilot in itself is scammy as heck as they have many terrible scammy companies like this one that have 4-5 stars. Lots of fake reviews. Don’t trust Ortex, or trust pilot really.

Stay clear of it, i already cancelled my membership. I have also received notification it is cancelled and yet this scamming site try to deduct me four time over of 3 weeks now. Luckily i use temp prepaid credit card with 2 dollar remaining inside so they are bounced back by credit card company when they try to charge me 588.

Nothing they provide is useful as its delayed or incorrect. Better off just burning your money before making investments off their data or lack there of. All the info is free on finra and cboe. They dont go the extra mile to get live ats data so whats the point.

Ortex data have very poor accuracy. Check out BSQR SI: it was 19m yesterday. Today it is 5m. A sudden drop of 14m in one day. The whole day trading volume was only 3m. I am glad I cancelled before the trial ended.

Couldn’t believe how great of service I received from these guys! I just learned about ortex and had signed up for a years subscription but had something come up and not only did they take care of switching my account to a monthly one for now, they also did this all in the middle of the night the day before I was charged and I was very last minute to inform them. I love the platform and will continue to be a user!

I signed up for a 1 week trial initially and paid attention to the deadline. After that time, I wasn't sure if I wanted to pay for a full year at that point. So, they extended it by a week. I did end up purchasing the full product at the annual rate because of that extension.

I have been using the Trading Signals for about a month and have had good results (along with my own due diligence) vs the overall market. I did run into a minor issue with the user interface. But, technical support was terrific and responsive. I was up and running in no time with a work around.

This product is already a terrific value and provides a ton of useful information in a condensed, easy to process manner. I do feel that some minor "quirks" that I found in the user interface will be worked out soon. However, none of the issues that I found are showstoppers. As a longtime software developer myself, I can be kind of picky in that area. I honestly could not be much happier overall and I am thrilled to have found this product.

This review is solely based on the customer service and the trial version that leds to a hefty charge on your bank statement. I signed up for a 1 week trail version with ortex. The charts and data provided were excellent. I, like many others I can assume, forgot to cancel before the trial version expired. 1 day after expiration, my account was charged $588.00 for a 1 year subscription. I immediately contacted ortex to cancel and simply could not afford the fees for there services. Granted, this was a mistake on my end, I know this happens to many users. So please be very aware! If you do not cancel your trial version, you will be stuck with fees. I only had ortex for 1 day, and after trying to cancel immediately, I was stuck paying for 1 month subscription of $79, and was give a partial credit back. The way ortex handled my situation, is probably the way they have handled many other trial versions. I feel ortex intentionally set this up, so they can collect money on the simple mistake of many users.

I'm on a free trial but its been two days and no reply from customer support. I would like to know if there are restrictions on the screener download dataset during a trial as it appears this is the case. Also do you have or plan to offer an api? I'll try phoning the office to see if maybe I can get a reply.

My friend managed to receive a full refund after signing up for a trial but not keen to continue after the trial period. Despite forgetting to inform the company about it and overdue for over a day, this company was willing to offer full refund. In terms of honesty, ORTEX received a 10/10.....an extremely honest company whom I will be willing to pay for services or products - no question ask. In terms of quality, definitely a must have for anyone serious into trading. I will be looking to sign up for one year after I am more well versed into trading.

Awesome platform and honest, admits to any issues with data encountered and provides the public with updates on twitter without expectations. Best investment I have made and will help with my newly acquired ape trading knowledge for future trades and information. Cheers Ortex

I dealt w David and wanted to send as a gift. ORTEX had never had that request.
I opened the account which they were able to smoothly transfer in minutes. I love the platform and it’s reasonably priced.
