I found the order process easy and…

I found the order process easy and quick. I did follow the instructions on how to measure to get the correct size. Also, the reviews were good. I am hoping the shoes arrive quickly and the correct size.

MISLEAD

I thought your shoes were orthopedic and I see you aren't BBB accredited. MY phone tells me it is not safe website. I would like my order canceled. You offer no phone # or way to cancel and I just ordered.

The Orthora footwear was easy to order. The order form was clearly laid out. Pictures of the different color choices were available. Lots of information available on the shoes.

The company was very good at answering all the questions that I had about the shoes. They had even taken care of of the the problems with sizing and responded fairly quickly.

Don’t purchase, I got what looks like worn shoes.

I purchased a pair of shoes from Orthora Footwear and the shoes arrived not in the best condition. The back of the shoes were bent and crumbled down. I have been going back and forth with emailing, trying to send them back and get a refund. They just stopped responding to me at all. No refund and a pair of shoes that are useless to me.
