Don’t purchase, I got what looks like worn shoes.
I purchased a pair of shoes from Orthora Footwear and the shoes arrived not in the best condition. The back of the shoes were bent and crumbled down. I have been going back and forth with emailing, trying to send them back and get a refund. They just stopped responding to me at all. No refund and a pair of shoes that are useless to me.

This is an update of an earlier review. In my original review, I mentioned I had not updated my shipping address. I immediately contacted the company and was told they could fix it. They did not, even though I got an email saying they had. I got several more emails, offering apologies and saying they would make it right. I even got an email saying the shoes had been delivered, along with a photo. Of my former home’s front door. So, do with that what you will. As for me, I will never order from them again.

I like the shoes
I like the shoes, but your shoes must be sized different because the first time I got them I ordered an 8 1/2. which was too big. Yes they were replaced. I got an 8 also too big.

So far so good, I hope the shoes are everything they say they are but as for the site and customer service top notch! I accidentally put in the wrong shoe size when placing my order luckily I noticed right away not only were they quick to respond but also they were able to get it fixed for me!!!!! Super excited to see how amazing the shoes are if they are half as good as the customer service im sure i will be impressed
