Intrusive and repetitive questionaire.
Not enough information about why certain questions are necessary, which might have made the difference between answering or not.

I went on the 5th of this month, got there 10 mins early I was last of the day they said good job you got here we was just gonna go before my appointment time. Then getting in and out of that van was hard as I’m disabled terrible set up. Today I claimed my voucher you have 14 days I had 2 left and picked Just Eat and my voucher expires today already what the hell I will not take part again. It’s wasn’t easy getting there with my condition but the service etc and no respect for people that have agreed to help is shocking. If I could give zero stars I would.

My whole street were sent applications in the post ,no names attached,to sign up to this 'NHS' check up. I nearly fell for it but then realised if it was really genuine my requests would probably come through my Doctor's surgery and not a 'fishing net'. I tore it up,there's a catch somewhere.

The caravan had an enormous step with which I struggled but when i pointed this out to the nurse she ignored my comment. Her attitude was very offhand. She measured my height at 5’ 3 1/2” but I am 5’5”, maybe she converted it from cms inaccurately. I queried it but was again ignored. Won’t be taking part in future

Visited the mobile clinic at my local supermarket a few months ago. According to them my blood pressure was around 180 which was dangerously high. I am usually around the average of 120. I was so worried that I had it checked at my doctors a week later - Sure enough it was around its usual 120.

I went to a mobile Our Future Health test centre in a supermarket car park. There were two high steps from the ground into the van with no handrails and no offer of help to enter the vehicle. I am in my 70s with reduced mobility and I wrenched my back getting in.
The man taking measurements had an unhelpful manner, being brusque to the point of rudeness. I felt I was being treated like an object rather than a person.
When he came to take blood, he tied a piece of rubber tightly around my upper arm: this hurt and achieved nothing - no-one has done this before when taking blood from me. I did not let him take any blood because by this time I felt I could not trust the man's competency. Safe access to the vehicle had not been provided and I felt that if such a basic mistake had been made, there could be other more serious mistakes made.
I left the vehicle, made my views known to the staff and will be withdrawing from the programme.

I completed the questionnaire and attended the appointment. The questionnaire is in depth and understandably some would feel uncomfortable and suspicious about providing sensitive information. I suggest they ask about finances to ascertain if a low income or poor housing conditions mean that people are more likely to suffer from particular health conditions. The appointment is to gather research data about the nation's health in order to predict where research should be focused in the future. It is not designed to diagnose the individual's state of health (although I personally found it useful to be weighed and measured and to consider the possible health implications of being a little out of shape). I have since then received information on how the research data has been employed. I feel this is an important study and am happy to be involved in it. Plus received a £10 voucher - which I used without problem.

Very concerning. Avoid avoid avoid! With the current state of the NHS i can see that people will be enticed to take part in order to get a check up. But your data is not shared to better your own health. Just like the latest partnership of NHS with Palantir - actively involved in a gen o cide. Dont trust just because it has the NHS logo! Infact if you were inadvertantly being part of mass experimentation or harmful exposure - which many medical research companies have done to their populations over the years -(in the absence of a working healthcare system!!!) this would be their way of collecting the data! Be warey and do your due dilligence. If you health was a concern, the NHS would be an accessible service. Instead questionable companies are mining your data!

Part way through filling in questionaire. MOST questions so far have nothing to do with health. What are they intending to do with this intrusive data? I am withdrawing.

I recently completed my questioner and had my blood test and measurements at Poole Boots and had a good experience, the nurse was very helpful and knowledgeable.
Was pleased to participate.
No intrusive personal or financial information was requested.

I signed up for this in February. The only test centre anywhere near me had a limited number of days for testing, which coincided with my being away on holiday. Since then I have checked regularly, but the nearest test centre has been 60 miles away. I never go near to any of the proposed test centre locations, so have decided to give up on this and withdraw from the project.

When the tourniquet used to take my blood pressure was applied, it was with much greater force than at any previous tests that I had attended. The result was that I was adjudged to have high blood pressure. But when (as advised) I obtained a second reading a few days afterwards, my blood pressure was found to be normal.

I'm off to my GP to ask if they had a hand in releasing my personal details

Do make sure you opt out of data sharing asap - go to the NHS website and fill in their forms - one needs printing off and dropping off at the local surgery the other can be completed in minutes

If you fall for this information grabbing private company...it's your fault and nobody elses!!

I have only just signed up for Our Future Health. So this isn't really a review. (I'll update my score and opinion when I have had a full experience of their service)

But I noticed that many of the reviews here are suggesting that the use of the NHS logo on the website is dubious and possibly fraudulent.

In fact the NHS have a page entitled "Our Future Health research programme" (I'm not sure I can add links) which talks about how the NHS is connected to Our Future Health.

Whether you feel comfortable about sharing very personal data for this purpose is up to you. But the NHS have directly invited people to sign up for the service.

I began filling out their questionnaire and couldn't help but notice the questions becoming ever more intrusive and nothing whatsoever to do with health. Researched this fraud of a company and cancelled all information. I'm now concerned as to where they got my details from in the first place. My advice is to avoid.

What worried me was they required my credit card details after I'd scanned the QR code claiming no money would taken initially. Red lights flashing and sirens wailing. Having read previous reviews, I decided no thank you!

Very poor communication...
Offered a voucher to partake.... The retailer couldn't redeem it..
Contacted both voucher company and ourfuture health.... No response.
Very poor support.

I was reluctant to sign up for this Health programme especially as a lot of the questions were intrusive and nothing to do with health. However, I stupidly still went ahead with it. Luckily, my blood test was cancelled at last minute. Not a good sign but gave me the incentive to do some checking. After reading on Trustpilot other people's experiences, I have cancelled my interest in the programme especially as the email sent from Future Health got my surname incorrect and alarms bells sounded when it went into my Spam folder. I really must make Trustpilot my first choice in these matters.

I was almost drawn into this research programme, but after some online research of my own into their industry partners, decided not to take part. Three of the four partners i looked at have been or are involved with litigation. Novo Nordisk, the manufacturer of Ozempic is one of them. Don't trust pharmaceutical companies - they are only in it for one thing. $$$$$$
