I initially posted a negative rating…
I initially posted a negative rating because my order had not been delivered. OutdoorSolarOutlet responded immediately and explained that shipping took longer than expected because of the batteries included. I appreciated the quick response. I have now received my order and it us exactly as expected. I think I will be very happy with my outdoor solar lights.

Fast delivery
Fast delivery, there was an extra $60 brokerage fee when it was delivered. A little disappointing but these lights are hard to find.

Beautiful lights, but one arrived broken
One of the glass globes arrived broken. It was one of the globes packaged on the end of the box. I plan to call the company today to provide a picture. The other three lights are beautiful and glowing bright. We have kept these lights in our yard for 10 years and only replace them when needed.

Worst customer service ever
Sent me the wrong item and it was even missing the main part. Lied about the item on the phone, then hung up on me after telling me I can not send the item back. Worst experience ever with an online order

If I could give them less than 1 would
If I could give them less than 1 would. They sent me orchid solar lights...broken! 4 flowers were broken! I wrote them for support immediately upon opening them. I told them I wanted to return them and I needed a return label. If you're paying over $40 including shipping and they send you a damaged item they should pay for shipping to return to them. Oh no, they do not do that. You pay fo for the return of their cheaply made, damaged product. Part of Outdoor Solar Outlet is that they want happy purchasers, this could not be further from the truth. I do not recommend or believe in this company and will never buy from Outdoor Solar Outlet!

i bought 2 solar lights and 1 is not working it just stays in low mode and can’t get it to work in full mode even with the remote it does not go into high mode the other one works great not sure what to do????
