Great value and beautiful at night

Love the package, love the product, however the wiring instructions we're insufficient. They did not show how to completely wire the lights so that they worked which was something I had to determine on my own. Almost returned the product because they did not appear to work based on how I wired it up based on their diagram

I was given a discount code for 10% that actually took off 5% , plus I paid for expedited shipping (1-4 days) 3.75 days ago and still do not have a valid tracking number !

You did what you said you would do, when you said and I thank you for it

I would give a zero due to service!
I ordered 2 packs of solar lights since they offer a 10% online to sign up. They only gave me 5%.
The lights are smaller than expected but ok. I emailed the issue and a Ed Lavi from their customer service 3 days later emailed back “what is the issue?” They don’t read the email. So I emailed Ed back again that I did not get the 10% discount. A week later his response was “that’s the only discount we give, the 10%”
So now irritated emailed again! You only gave me 5%. No response, 2 weeks.
5 emails, called 5 times, left a message and today I finally got a guy, probably Ed, who said oh yes you got the discount. I said no I got 5%. He then says they only give 10% on the first item you order? I said I ordered 2 and that’s not what your website says. He just says sorry. Now I’m upset because I said it took 3 weeks to get someone and it’s a stupid 4.00 that they could have credited me back. I told him that was false advertising, look at his website. He then just hung up on me???? What kind of business is this? Ran in a garage? No service, no responses and don’t follow what their website states! Don’t order, I’m going to BBB now since that rude service! It’s the point now not the little $4.00.

It appears it is impossible to return items.
Product was purchased as a gift for my wife who determined she wanted a different product. Outdoor Solar Outlet said to return the item and provided and provided a shipping address saying they do not provide return labels. Therefore I paid for shipping and USPS attempted two deliveries and is sending the item back to me because Outdoor Solar Outlet is not accepting delivery nor willing to pick up the item at USPS service center.

Got the batteries. Installed today. Great fast service😊

Arrived early. Will not have time to use them for a month so cannot comment about effectivenes.

The product was of good quality, instructions terrible.
They were obviously written by a Chinese person with no grasp of English. Also there were no real instructions on how to operate the unit. A QR code to a proper English You Tube video would have solved all of this frustration.

The size of the lamps was much smaller than expected. The return process was very cumbersome, and I am still waiting for the refund

Delivery took longer than necessary since it came from Amazon where I could have bought it $40 cheaper and delivered in 2 days instead of 8 days.

Great experience! Broken spikes on my older solar lights. Ordered exactly what I needed. Works perfectly !
