The lighted lily's that were shipped to me did not resemble the lighted lily's pictured on the website at all. The first shipment the flowers had, what looked like, a black oil or grease spots on some of them. The second shipment was never opened by me and instead were immediately sent back to OutdoorSolarOutlet. I used the return label sent to me by OutdoorSolarOutlet to send both shipments back. It was dropped off by me at the UPS store on 1-3-2026, and was to be picked up on Monday, 1-5-2026 ( estimated). I expect a full refund including the tip ASAP. Thank you in advance for returning my money to me.

I received my package as expected and I just love the ground lighting. Nothing like it!

Product is excellent except for one dented + one slightly rusted poles.

No customer support during Holidays.
No customer support by email at all.

I purchased lights as a Christmas present for a family with a new house. The recipient did not want that type of lights for their house when giving it to them on 23rd. I asked for refund for unopened box. The customer service said not refunds after 39 days. It was not 39 days. They responded with poor customer service style, no greeting or signed name. It was not 39 days when I asked for refund.

The little solar floating fountain is adorable, and it actually works. I have a very treed yard so the bird bath gets intermittent sunlight. When the sun directly hits it I've got a gorgeous little fountain!

Delivery was timely. Product was packaged well and looked great.

Works as described. Delivery was quick. Solar cells are a bit disapointing the battery dies after about 5 hours. Short days explain part of that.

Got these to line the path from my back gate to my door so I don’t walk off into the bushes. The actual bulbs are slightly smaller than I was imagining, they’re the little glass dollop type rather than regular Christmas tree size but they give off the perfect amount of light; enough to see by but not so bright to annoy the neighbors. Super easy set up and started working immediately. It’s been snowy and overcast every day I’ve had them up so far and they’re still staying lit throughout the night!

The order was filled quickly. But, the product does not work satisfactorily. The battery was dead when the system was assembled and put in place, so I turned the battery off and charged it for four days. When I turned the system on, the lights came on, but lasted less than 2 hours. At that point, I turned the battery off and let it charge the next day. When I tested it again (last night) the lights came on, but lasted less than 3 minutes. In this part of South Carolina, sunrise to sunset is 10 hours, so the battery should be getting a good charge. So I have to ask if the product is no good or the battery is defective. In either case, I would like to return the product and receive a refund. A “Dusk to Dawn” lighting system that works for less than 2 hours is useless.
