Ordered my Oxygen Concentrator, expecting to receive it in approximately two weeks. Received it within six days. Love how quiet it runs!! So happy with this product!

Company never responds. I tried calling,chat and email with no response. It’s been almost a week. They state shipping 3-5 days and still has not shipped. Very disappointing.

Do not buy from this company. I bought a concentrator for my father who passed away before it arrived. I have tried to get a refund as it was unopened and this was a scam. It took two weeks of emailing back and forth to get an address. they made me jump through hoops sending photos of the unopened boxes. When they finally gave me an address in Maine, I was out of town for work three days and they said i had to send pics of the mailing labels and send within 48 hours or they wouldn’t accept the return. I explained I was out of town at that point - it was a Thursday- and would mail it Monday which I did. I sent the required photos of mailing labels. The next step was I had to let them know when it was delivered. So I tracked them and emailed them when they were delivered. I have never gotten another response or refund. Total scam. Not a real company. My mom is in memory care and needs that money. Do not buy from this “company” site!

Throughout the communication, our team responded to your messages, provided the return address, and confirmed the product could be refunded after it was received back at our warehouse. We truly understand that dealing with logistics during a time of grief can feel overwhelming, and we empathize with your frustration. Even so, we never refused your request — your return has been accepted and your refund has been processed (or is currently being processed according to bank timelines).
We genuinely wish things had happened under different circumstances, and we’re sorry that the situation added stress during an already painful moment. While emotions can understandably run high in times of loss, we hope you can also understand that we have policies we must follow to ensure every return is handled properly.

I was impressed with the customer service. I messed up my address, but they fixed it immediately before it shipped. My seren5 package still arrived in five days. Everything went perfectly smoothly.

The unit is fine and other than being a little noisy it works well. The communication and shipping were terrible. They only used a single tracking number for about 5 packages and of course when the first one arrived it reflected that they ALL had arrived!! Most of the packages came from China or somewhere and took forever for them all to get here… Made me a little nervous as I hadn’t done business with them before!

I purchased a Varon NT-06 from TTLIFE…
I purchased a Varon NT-06 from TTLIFE on Sept, 23. I received it a couple of days later. It was supposed to provide continuous oxygen flow but it doesn't seem to deliver any oxygen at all. I used it twice. I contacted TTLIFE to request a return but they keep giving me the runaround. The same guy answers the phone and tells me that they have to contact the engineering department to initiate a return. He asks me to take a picture of the unit and include the Model # and Order #, and a brief description of the problem. 2 days later, I receive an email asking for the same info. This continues to go on for days and they will not give me an address to send the machine back to them. This is a SCAM Company and the guy running the SCAM should be prosecuted.

Order #50470 Charged my CC, sent it to a wrong address, keeps telling me it will be delivered Wednesday, September 17, still don't have it, now I'm told that the USPS cannot deliver to my address, the same one I've had for 10 years! Total SCAM!!!

I ware a CPAP device at night
I ware a CPAP device at night and TTLIFE was the only company I could find that has a portable concentrator that had continuous flow to attach to my CPAP and use as I travel. I have just ordered a home oxygen concentrator to use every night and return my rental unit to save on a monthly charge.

Thieves!
Do not do business with these people. They will rip you off. If you receive a unit that does not work as I did, they will not refund your money. Their customer service will drag it out for weeks, and when you follow their instructions and return it, you get nothing.
