I love the meat sticks, electrolytes (Spiced Apple in hot H2O for the winters) bone broth powders (salted caramel in my coffee!), ACV and Omega 3 supplements and their coffee! I've had a few issues with over 2 years of purchases (at least 12 substantial orders) that someone from Support responded back via email within 1 business day and offered generous compensation to make the issue right. Using their site I can easily adjust or cancel subscription orders making the savings a worthwhile little bit of effort on my part to keep track of them. I LOVE this company and the healthy, high quality multitude of items they offer!

Their response was quick when I asked when my order would arrive. It was shipped promptly, even though their warehouse is being redone. My son and I tasted the beef sticks, and they are really delicious! I have not tasted the garlic summer sausage yet, however, the original and teriyaki were really good! I loved the teriyaki!

Great collagen product
Great collagen product. I get the chocolate bone broth. Tastes great and I use it to help get more collagen in my diet. I use conjunction with whey powder and other whole food protein sources.

I've Tried Nearly Every Product Out There
I've been involved with health care for 33+ years; conscientious about my personal health goals just as long. Ordered 4 bags of bone broth protein…
Ordered 4 bags of bone broth protein and after a week contacted them about if order had been shipped. Was told they were having warehouse problem and order would be shipped soon. Got a email the next day order was going out. Received it 4 days later. This was my first order so hope this wasn't normal. The vanilla bone broth is very good and mixes well. I use it in a smoothie everyday made in a blender but it seems to dissolve ok in a glass as long as the liquid is not too cold. May update the review after I use it for a month.

I have an issue with their return…
I have an issue with their return policy. I had purchased 6 of the Neuroeffect but the bottles expired in 3 months. So I decided to return; however, the agent told me I was responsible for return shipping. I just don’t think this is good business. Other companies cover return shipping or refund if there’s a problem with the product. Why doesn’t Paleovalley?
