Love the products! Second time ordered. The Salted Carmel is the best. My husband tasted it and loved it so I ordered two. He said it was not grainy as some of the others he has tried. free gift was an added bonus thank you !

I have loved their beef sticks for months. They are fairly priced and super delicious.
I have only had 1 minor issue and they rectified it promptly and to my complete satisfaction with old fashioned customer service.

Superfood bars
*(* they rectified the $ for the superfood bars as soon as i posted this. I'm glad because i love the coffee and meat sticks. I love the beef sticks and coffee! But the superfood bars, I couldn't even swallow the bite, yucky. I've emailed them at least twice, but maybe 3 times now to return the $79 worth of superfood bars and haven't heard a peep... very disappointed. I wanted to keep a subscription on the sticks and coffee but not if their money back guarantee is falling through and they're gonna screw me on these superfood bars... why can't anything just go the way these companies always advertise

Great Taste, Quality Product, Outstanding Service!
Not only is this the most delicious tasting protein powder I've ever tried but their customer service is outstanding! They promptly responded to an email I sent in a panic because I accidentally subscribed twice! Not only did they respond right away but they responded on a weekend and corrected my mistake immediately! Good customer service goes a long way. I greatly appreciate how quickly they handled things and how friendly and personable they were, you just don't see this enough nowadays. I love the unflavored protein powder and can put it in just about anything, from oatmeal to soups and more! My favorite is the salted caramel!!! It has replaced my creamer in my morning coffee! I contacted Paleo Valley via email. Within an hour Erika replied to my concerns regarding two of the flavors I chose. I had opened and tried both flavors which gave me an extremely upset stomach .
No fault of Paleo Valley.
She immediately offered me a full refund or a store credit, no questions asked.
I accepted the store credit as I love their unflavored bone broth protein.
Erika was very kind, caring and professional.
More companies need to train their employees in the customer service department as well as Paleo Valley.

I ordered the 30 beef sticks for 36 dollars. They came in the mail on time. The teriyaki and jalapeño are delicious. The garlic summer sausage was good too. These are much better tasting than anything I've tried at the gas station or grocery store.

Great products, slow delivery
Great products, no issues there. Love their protein bars and have enjoyed the meat sticks before, so we ordered some Aug 1. Won’t get here until the 15th, though, and it’s a monthly subscription…disappointed in how slow this order has been. Tried contacting via messaging but it’s marked off as “closed, please start new chat”…with no place to do so. They did help before in canceling an upsell with quick customer service previously, which I was grateful for. Usually great all around, just unusually slow this time around. :/
Edit as of Sep 2, 2026: have to give credit where it’s due. Paleovalley does have great customer service. Thanks for your help.
