Ive had a lot of clothing racks and none of them have lasted me very long. I have a lot of clothes that need a space outside of my closet. The pamo rack that I purchased a little over a year ago is one of my favorite purchases. It looks great and has never once fell apart or fallen due to the amount of clothes I hang up on it. It also made it through a move with me. Super easy to disassemble and didn’t even need instructions to put it back together. Lovveee

I was bounced around from person to person over multiple emails of repeating my request each time. It took multiple weeks of reaching out and replying to the email responses that I received back only for them to tell me they couldn’t help me. My movers of my unit had misplaced my shelving brackets leaving me with shelves with no way to attach them to my closet setup anymore. The response was that there were other companies to go to for similar brackets and that them supplying brackets would mean they would have to disassemble already assembled shelves, even though at one point these brackets were sold as a set (as I later found one on eBay). Now only 9 more sets to locate.

I ordered a number of different systems for work. Shipping was quick and the end results are amazing. We get compliments daily on how the room has transformed. I did have one issue with a bent piece (by the shipper, no fault of Pamo) and customer service resolved my issue quickly and to my satisfaction. I would highly recommend them if you are looking to transform a room or closet!

I really love my new closet. It is in a beautiful shade of a gold and is extremely sturdy. I was able to hang on the closet with another person and have had no issues with holding up my clothes.

I had two primary issues during my experience. One of them was communication and transparency around delays and receiving my new closet. The second issue was that one of the pieces to build a closet wasn’t properly sanded and caused the gold coating on one of the pipes to be scraped. I would encourage the company to work on better customer communication and quality control.

The wall mounted closet system is high quality, was easy to install, hasn’t scratched. There was a slight delay with delivery, so they sent a complimentary order of the clothes hangers, which was appreciated.

The quality and aesthetics of the material is great. It was out of stock for a while but they were prompt to let me know as it arrived.
