Panda Food Avis 

I ordered three pairs of socks from eBay mainly based on the claims of a 6 month guarantee. Within 6 weeks one pair have developed large holes in both heels (and tbh I fully expect the others to wear out well before 6 months have elapsed).
I contacted on eBay messages- no response, so I emailed them instead, after which they responded via eBay messages. They subsequently blamed me for not wearing their socks properly! Apparently I subjected them to extreme wear (I'm retired by the way and certainly don't go running in them or even long hikes for that matter). They did however deign to replace ONE pair as a gesture of good will on this occasion with the proviso that my 'extreme' Sock wearing lifestyle likely precludes me from a replacement for the other pairs which will inevitably wear out too.
I'm yet to receive the replacement pair The Panda Food Team so generously offered given my inability to understand how to wear socks properly!!*
I'm sticking to Danish Endurance Socks from now on, they actually last.
Avoid this company is my advice.

* don't believe any excuses they will inevitably make beneath this review either as I don't often leave negative reviews but Panda Food deserve it.

* response to Panda Food comment. My first communication which remained ignored for many days was merely asking for a replacement pair after early wearing. I was required to send 3 more (all of which were perfectly polite) before I was answered, only after I emailed them directly asking for a reply, I might add. Panda Food Customer Services decided to send a response which offered replacement of the socks but also passed the blame onto how I wore their socks. I refuted this, with 1 reply, factually and with a touch of added sarcasm and was certainly not abusive. Simon at Panda Foods reply is attempting to obfuscate their culpability for poor customer services via transferrence of culpability.

* I never did receive the replacements by the way. I just received a delivery photograph showing an envelope thrown in some long grass on the other side of a field gate somewhere!

Sensational! Great products and absolutely best-in-class customer service.

Tried these for the first time about a year ago and they are the most comfortable socks I have ever worn. I wear mine on a daily basis for work and leisure. They wash well, feeling like new after they have been laundered, and are super hard wearing.
I promise you won’t be disappointed and will keep coming back for more.

Have bought socks from Panda Foods a few times now but normally on Amazon. The 3 for 2 offer was better value for me on the Panda site.

Very comfortable socks. We've thoroughly enjoyed having them and wearing them for all sorts of activities. Additionally, they immediately honoured their "no holes in 6 months guarantee". We will be buying more socks and suggesting this brand to our friends in the future.

Well I can certainly say I am very impressed! I’ve been looking for some good quality socks for a long time.
And always been disappointed in poor quality and longevity. I’m on my feet all day nearly every day! So my foot wear definitely get and hammering !
I always buy good quality boots , now finally found socks to match!!
These bamboo socks are definitely the real deal for me , I’ve had them for a few months now and are standing up to the test , still holding shape and not showing any signs of wear , brilliant socks !! . Very comfortable too!

Saw the product online and thought I would try the socks, they are comfy and leave my feet feeling great after being in work boots all day. Would definitely recommend anyone to buy these.

Good quality, very comfortable, and look as if they will last and cope with hard ware.

These socks are so soft and comfortable and I’ve just bought some more. The company also offers great customer care - they sorted out a mistake I’d made in ordering the wrong colour, offered me a great deal on the socks I’d meant to order, and then proactively sorted out a mistake without me contacting them 👏

Purchased men’s underwear. Quality is very good etc., but design not so good: insufficient pouch for accommodation of ‘jewels’. I am not being flippant here. I am a modestly endowed man but still find the pouch too restrictive.

If you like expelling unnecessary energy when buying socks, this is your place. Ordered some socks at, what most would consider, a premium price point. For some reason, that will remain a mystery to me, they have chosen to use Amazon as their courier service.

I'm not counting the way the socks were left in my drive, in the rain for hours, with no notification, as a delivery.
I was in at the time of parcel abandonment, and there was also a porch open in which the courier could have left the parcel.
I discovered it hours later, by which point it was soaked through to the contents.

I've contacted Panda Food twice for a resolution, and have received no response in 3 working days . I'll be attempting to get a refund. Just a reminder, all I'm buying are socks. Just socks. Why is it this difficult?

As an aside, despite the tracking information showing as delivered, when I tried to leave feedback for Amazon, I would get a response of "Delivery feedback is not allowed on package that has not been delivered yet".
