Great product

Awful screen protector . It did not work with my finger print scanner.

All good from Panzerglass but Royal Mail failed to deliver something that would have gone through the letterbox!!

I recently bought a SAFE.PanzerGlass screen protector for my new phone, directly from PanzerGlass. It was delivered quickly and well packaged. Unfortunately, I was having difficulty getting the fingerprint ID to work through the protector (I had already tried 2 other brands and contacted my phone manufacturer for support - who recommended PanzerGlass). PG support responded in good time and offered a replacement or return/refund. Thankfully, by that time I had done more troubleshooting research and eventually managed to get the scanner to both register & recognise fingerprints, so the problem resolved itself. I was very grateful to PG for the product support offered by customer services.

Glass snapped during installation. Useless.

Update: Have contacted support as identified in the reply from the seller - has been 48hrs with no reply.

Has now been 5 days since contacting customer services - still no response.

i never write reviews but i felt compelled to after this experience. i bought the hoops camera lens protectors and the screen protector for my iphone 15 pro max from panzer glass to replace the ones i had bought from blanc space (which had smashed almost immediately after i installed them).
i’m especially impressed with the hoops as they are not one bulky piece of glass that sits around the lenses but three separate protectors with integrated metal rings meaning there is far less chance of them smashing. i actually went ‘WOW’ when i removed the sticky sheet from them because they look really nice, aren’t plastered with ugly branding (the worst) and were really easy to apply.
the screen protector was also super simple. i have a couple of tiny little bubbles under there still but i’m really happy with the privacy function and how successfully it covers the entire screen. the aligning tool is also extremely simple to use. delivery takes a little longer as they were shipped from germany but truly worth the wait.

great, the items are excellent quality

Attention to detail in instructions fine but delivery was longer than normal.

Glas protector seems quite flimsy but proof will be as use the phone.

Later - protector installed at second attempt(got a speck of dust under cover but clear instruction on how to sort it) and looks great. Fingerprint was more difficult to set up but fine now. Expensive but seems to be a quality item which should outlast previous film protectors.

They gave a prompt refund when I messed up the posting address.

The company delivered as they said they would, slightly longer than I expected, but within an acceptable timeframe. However, I am confused as to why the company calls themselves Panzerglass uk, when the product was posted from Denmark, which would account for the slightly longer time period of delivery than I expected.
The product is fantastic, everything I wanted and does the job it said it would. Easy to fit, very subtle, you would not know my watch had a safety screen on. It feels durable and tough but doesn’t look bulky or heavy on the watch.
On the whole the service was good and I would order from them again.
