I had a problem with my first order of privacy screen protector for my new iPhone 17 pro. It could’ve been a combination of me maybe not following the application process as it should’ve been and made a mistake or maybe a problem with the product but once I came to panzer customer service support with the problem they were very quick in dealing with my problem and even sent a replacement protector ASAP that I’ve put on and works perfectly. I can’t speak highly enough of the support and constant communication I had with them. Will continue to shop with them and will definitely refer any friends looking for screen protectors to their site. Very happy with the service. 5 stars

The glass arrived on time. It fits my phone well

The QR code on the box led to the wrong installation guide, which was very frustrating. The glass screen protector had no indication of which side was up or down, making the installation unnecessarily difficult. It would be much better if the product had clear markings or a proper guide included. On top of that, the delivery took a very long time to arrive. For a brand like PanzerGlass, I expected a smoother and more reliable experience.

Both screen protector and case are great products. Highly recommend, so easy to fit.
The delivery time was realistic as stated by the company but it would be great if it could be improved. Product worth the wait though.

On top of these excellent products the service you get is great. the standard delivery when ordering direct does take a while, like seven days, but it's included and you get the full range. they are a little more expensive than other quality protector kit but worth it in my view.

Sorry guys, took an age to arrive and when it did it broke on installation, huge crack down the middle of it! Disappointing.

Having received plastic protectors from other suppliers when I wanted glass, I asked Panzer Glass in advance if their protectors were made from hard glass. The reply said it was, but when it arrived, it was the same flimsy plastic I got from Amazon suppliers and is unsuitable.

I wasn't impressed with the quality of the case this time, I have always bought because of the quality but this time I was highly disappointed, I feel like more time was spent on the packaging than the product itself, i could easily get something cheaper with better quality.

As I have yet to receive the product (which was intended as a gift) I cannot comment on the quality or effectiveness of the product. I have not received any update as to delivery either. Hence one star.

Great product does what it says on the tin

Easy ordering with quick delivery keeping you updated on their tracking service snd delighted with my Apple Watch cover for now however this is my second full body watch cover and it continually falls off even this new one!The first one got scratched so easily.Will see how this goes

Great range of products, easy screen fitting method and I love the feel of their new ceramic screen.

The installation procedure doesn’t have a guide frame unlike those by other companies this means its all a bit hit and miss. The worst aspect though was the orange microfibre cloth used for screen preparation - it shed micro dots of fibre which weren’t apparent until after applying the screen. I had to have six attempts before getting anywhere near a dust and air bubble free screen. Given the price, it was highly disappointing.

It’s also disappointing that all the negative reviews get a standard (I assume AI generated) reply but not a response to the actual issues.

Well produced product but shipment very slow. Should also advise turning off phone before attempting to apply the screen protector.

Took a while to arrive but was just within the 4-8 day delivery time stated on purchase. The screen protector came well packaged and easy to apply. Had some air bubbles initially but they worked their way out after an hour or so. Was concerned to see some reviews state it would prevent fingerprint login but for me this was not the case and everything works perfectly. The product is a bit pricy but hopefully it will last me for some time to come.
