Very smooth and efficient delivery, and good updates along the way. They have a great selection and the umbrellas I bought are great - bought two different types, one sturdy one for rain, and one with UV protection, and they're both great.

Shelia Umbrellas rated as UPF 25 are not labelled accordingly
I purchased three Shelta umbrells. One was rated as 50 UPF and the others 25 UPF. The UPF 50 umbrella had a tag verifying the UPF rating, the others did not. I consider this false advertising particularly for UPF rated products. I was able to return the latter umbrellas and await my refund. Laura was very helpful at Umbrellas and Parasols - even though she stated the umbrellas were UPF rated I decided to return them as there was no guarantee or tag showing UPF rating. I have gone ahead and purchased two more umbrellas rated UPF 50 in the hope they are tagged appropriately. Laura kindly provided reply paid postage for the return although I will not be refunded the original postage which I find disappointing particularly as I have paid postage with the second order. As a health professional I implore customers to ensure they have evidence of a product’s UPF rating. Australia has the higher rate of malignant melanoma internationally and it is a leading cause of death. Take care.
