Pass Functional Skills Avis

Pass Functional Skills have been fantastic. I cannot say enough good things about the service they provide. I hated maths at school in the 80s. The course and exam are all online (taking the fear/pressure of face to face lessons away) so you go at your own pace and revisit any areas of weakness. The learning dashboard shows your progress and along with mock exams you know when you are ready for the final exam. Price may seem high at first glance but it has been worth every penny to me. They answer any emails quickly and there is the option of an online chat too. I have already recommended PFS to friends as the best way to gain their Level 2 Maths certificate.

I have completed my level 2 functional skills in English with PFS, and I have also purchased their course.
I have to say I am satisfied; coursework was very helpful and it was easy to book the exams.
I wasn't well the week I had to undertake my SLC, and when I called to postpone it, everything was clear, and everyone helpful.

Great company, the course helped me pass the functional skills exam.

I used them for my Functional Skills Maths. The actual prep course is great, however my one star comes from their appalling customer service. If everything goes right for you then great, but if you have any issues do not count on their help. I had a tight deadline for an internal work internship that required Level 2 Maths so I chose them based in their quick 2-6 day turnaround time. On the day, the system would not work as they were experiencing technical difficulties. I emailed them and my options were to reschedule it (not suitable for me due to this tight deadline as I would not have received the results back in time) or post-pone it. I explained this to them and asked for a refund because they failed to provide the service I paid for. They point blank refused to refund me and used their cancellation terms as their argument despite this NOT being a cancellation, it was a failure on their part to provide the service. Fortunately, my workplace extended the deadline by a week so I could re-sit it, however had this not been the case I would have lost out on over £400. Based on their terrible customer service and breach of consumer law I will absolutely not be recommending them to anyone in my workplace who will require the same certification. I was close to taking this to small claims court had my workplace not extended the deadline. I find it despicable that they were willing to keep my money after failing to provide a service through no fault of my own. Terrible company.

Seamless experience, fantastic self guided course with on hand help whenever you need it. My daughter has successfully passed her exams thanks to this well put together course.

My experience with Pass Functional Skills was amazing. I spoke with Alicia specifically who was very supportive of my Neurodiverse son and made things run more smoother and easier for us. Alicia was fantastic and eased my worries. I would definitely recommend Pass Functional Skills.

Pass Functional Skills was easy to use. Always helpful gave lots of revision tools including mock tests. There was always someone to talk to if you needed help or advice would recommend to anyone.

Joe was very helpful and amazing customer service
He set me up on the functional maths course very quickly
He explained different options and emailed me them straight away
He even stayed on the phoned and talked me through everything whilst i opened the emails
Thankyou Joe

I’m giving pass functional skills as a company 5 stars as they have been great, I just paid for an exam only, booking the exam with alicia was straight forward she was patient and professional cause I was being indecisive.
BUT I would avoid booking the exam with TQUK, I had completed non calculator paper, 2 questions in, and it kicked me of, so I couldn’t continue it also said no room sweep had been done which I had done. Second exam with TQUK same thing happened, SO frustrating. I spoke with Amy who apologised which it wasn’t there fault, but she was patient, emailed me all the different options of the exam boards how long results would take to come back, & got it sorted fast for me really helpful. quick responses professional staff, I passed maths with open awards, straight forward, online with invigilator absolutely no problems at all would highly recommend open awards, results came back on day 10, certificate came within 2 days
Thank you!

Passed functional skills level 2, course and exams are very easy and straightforward. Support team are great and was a good experience overall.

Joe was very supportive and considerate
I got the right support and passed my exams

Just passed my level 2 maths and I want to say the course material and the teaching videos were direct and clear and they did helped me greatly because I never imagined myself passing maths level 2. I recommend you choose pass functional skills

I passed Functional Skills Mathematics Level 2 (Health Context), and I am really proud of this achievement. I balanced all my studying while working full‑time as a Community Care Worker, plus being a busy mum of three children fitting my learning around shifts, school runs and family time, often studying late at night or early mornings. It was hard work, but I kept going and succeeded regardless of my very busy life. This qualification proves I am organised, dedicated and confident with numbers, measurements and calculations — exactly what I need to work safely and accurately in care. Thanks to pass functional skills for helping people like myself achieve their goals

She was so helpful

I needed to gain Maths level 2 and after doing some research, decided Pass Functional Skills seemed the best programme for me.
There was a wealth of learning to work through and great mock and practice exam material. I hate maths with a passion but actually enjoyed this course!
It was easy to navigate the modules and PFS provided great comms about how to book my exam.
The programme was really thorough yet easy to understand. One slight niggle...a couple of times a module of learning seemed laboured with lots of detail on very basic concepts whilst other bits seemed to skip over the detail I needed so I had to Google methods once or twice but I guess that may be down to what aspects you find easier compared to others. Overall I found the course great for my needs and I was extremely pleased to pass first time! I would highly recommend their maths course.

I did both the English and Maths level two in only four weeks. I was relentless but I could have only done this because of the quality of the learning materials supplied. A big thank you to Pass Functional Skills they are very helpful and always willing to help. I did make a mistake when booking my exam and I had to call them, they answered the phone straight away and fixed it. Very polite and great to work with.

With the Aid of the WONDERFUL Provision from T.I.P.S., my Daughter passed the Level 2 Functional Skills Qualification in Mathematics with a Fabulous 95% Passmark.

In the now infamous words of Tina Turner, 'SIMPLY THE BEST'.

Passed my Functional Skills Level 2 Maths through Pass Functional Skills. Everything was quick, straightforward and fairly affordable. You do need some basic computer skills, but the whole process is explained well step by step. Would definitely recommend.
