Pass functional skills were amazing, I passed my level 2 English exam so easily with all the help they provided and when I was having log in issues on the day of my exam they were so nice and helpful

My daughter has never grasped maths and needs it at o level for University . Her other grades are fabulous but it has always been her nemesis. Uni will accept a level 2 functional skills so we thought we had better get on with it. I did not realise how difficult she found it until I started helping her- and then realised how difficult I found it just as some teaching methods were very different to how I remembered them from a looooong time ago . She has had tutors all through school but never improved . Anyway we needed to try something. The support is very structured . I panicked when it showed she should go back to level1 and ensure the basics were there . I did not think that was necessary but turned out it was
My advice - trust the process - follow the guidelines and support given and then practice practice practice. She failed a couple of times but she wasn’t ready in all honesty. Again- if you have the time - trust the process and follow it to the letter- sit the exam according to guidelines when you are consistently hitting a pass - not just a couple of times. She sat from home which she enjoyed- all remotely with no pressure and we have just had a win in time for uni clearance . I would throughly recommend this system and it has been fantastic too for me as a parent. Maths was my nemesis too - I was in exactly her shoes and it feels awful. I’m now really rather good🤣🤣My only regret is that we did not discover this sooner ! Thankyou!

The man I booked the course with was very professional and helpful. The platform was user-friendly and there was a lot of exercises and mock exams to practise.

To anyone reading this, this is by far one of the best places you can choose if you're looking to gain a qualification.

I had the pleasure of speaking with Joe, and he helped me throughout the entire process. He listened to my situation, explained my options clearly, and genuinely guided me towards the course that was right for me. He was patient, professional, and understood just how important this qualification was for my future.

To give you some context, I am joining the British Army. I already had all the qualifications I needed and was actually overqualified in most areas. However, I was missing one crucial requirement, GCSE Maths at Grade 4 or an equivalent qualification. I had previously achieved a Grade 3 for my GCSE, so I needed an equivalent Level 2 qualification. (I was never good at maths, I studied a month before my GCSE).

Thankfully, I found this provider. They offered exactly what I needed, and after speaking with Joe, I decided to enrol on the course rather than just taking the exam. Looking back, I am so glad I made that decision because I genuinely needed the support and guidance, especially with Maths.

I honestly feel very lucky that I came across this company. I am not being paid to write this review. I am a genuine customer sharing my own experience because I really want others in a similar position to know that there are people out there who genuinely want to help. Believe me when I tell you this, they really are amazing people, and the way they speak gave me a sense of relief and encouragement as well :D

The learning materials, the support, and the overall service have been excellent from the very beginning. Once I complete the course, I will happily come back and update this review with the outcome (it's on my hands to do well now), but based on my experience so far, I could not be happier.

The learning resources, practice papers and support available throughout my studies were also very helpful in preparing me for the exam.

My journey was not entirely straightforward, as I experienced issues relating to a voided exam and the rescheduling process. This was understandably stressful and frustrating at the time. However, what stood out was the way the support team handled the situation.

The team responded promptly to my enquiries, kept me informed throughout the process, and worked hard to help resolve the issues as quickly as possible. Their professionalism, patience and understanding helped reduce a great deal of stress and ensured that I was able to sit my exam without unnecessary delays.

I wanted to book a Maths Functional Skills Level 2 for my son but got confused on the timings so I gave Pass Fuctional Skills a call and the phone was answered very promptly. I spoke to Tom who was very friendly, helpful and patient in answering the few questions I had. I booked the course over the phone with Tom who was very efficient, also sending out a maths pack to us which has been very helpful too. Fantastic experience, the self-paced platform was easy to follow with clear instructions on each topic area. This combined with the topic and exam/based questions for each section made for an easy to follow course. I had a huge amount of anxiety around this subject area and the support received along with the platform and mock tests were fundamental to me passing. cannot recommend them enough!

Really experienced and helpful, with all the help you get there’s no way you can fail .. PASS rate is high for a reason! And that’s because they help you and show patience and empathy as well as motivating you towards your goals.

I would highly recommend Pass Functional Skills as they are an excellent website to use to do your level 2 functional skills maths. when you work with Pass Functional Skills I would highly recommend to buy the bundle which includes access to the online course as well as the exam and a free resit. The online course is great as the sections are separated and each topic is broken down. So how it works is you do one topic, then you do practice questions and then after that you do the topic test. one thing I would advise is that when you complete the first and second section I would recommend for you to do the work book which pass functional skills would send you and only do the first and second section in the work book. Then I would continue with the last section on the online course. I would then use the work book to finish the last section and mark the questions. Any questions that I would get wrong on a notebook I would re write the questions again and do them again. Another thing I would highly recommend to do is do the practice papers that you would find on the online course this really helped me as It showed me what areas I was good at because all of them questions appeared in the sections above when you revise. I would recommend to do 11 papers but separate them each day in the week and I would recommend that you keep a spare paper next to you so that you can write the areas that you are weak on. After doing the papers I would recommend you to look at your spare piece of paper and go back to them topics you struggled on and when you are doing that on the spare piece of paper write your percentage score near that topic you are doing. When you have done all that then start on the mocks that are available on the online course. There are different exam boards. I wouldn't recommend the exam board TQUK as I had a lot of IT issues with them. The worker George was absolutely brilliant and explained everything to us.

Im glad I chose this company. The Process was easy and straight forward from start to finish.

Enough study material that made it easy to pass.

I didn’t get the GCSE graded I needed at school and always thought that was that. Fast forward 20 years and I have now retaken and passed both my English and Maths Functional Skills level 2 exams with flying colours thanks to Pass Functional Skills.

I stumbled across the website by accident and was dubious if it was a scam but after reading the trust pilot reviews I tuck the plunge.

I wholeheartedly recommend the company, the customer service team are great and will answer any questions you have. As for courses itself it is all self guided and foolproof. If you are on the fence my advice would be to go for it, i guarantee you won’t regret it.
