Pass Functional Skills Avis

Great platform and excellent customer service!

I’m really happy with my experience with Pass Functional Skills so far. The platform is easy to use, professional, and very helpful.

A special mention to William, who was absolutely amazing during signup! He was super helpful and took the time to answer all my questions and concerns clearly and patiently. He made the whole process much easier and gave me confidence throughout.

Excellent communication and they mark very quick. Results are 2 to 3 days but they will say six. Good support.

I had a really positive experience with Pass Functional Skills particularly thanks to Lily, who was extremely helpful, polite and professional throughout.

Lily took the time to understand exactly what I needed and guided me in the right direction. She talked me through the different courses, explained how the exams and booking process worked, and also went through the options available for reasonable adjustments. She was incredibly knowledgeable and made everything feel straightforward and easy to understand.

She also helped me book everything over the phone and looked into any discounts that might be available, which I really appreciated.

Overall, the level of customer service I received was excellent. Lily was friendly, patient and genuinely went out of her way to help. I would definitely recommend Skills to Pass to anyone looking for support with their courses and exams.

Very fast and helpful, easy exams.
So glad I had this opportunity to get me on to my course.

Explained everything really well, suited my needs.

Very welcoming to speak to

Terrible communication and rude responses, they’ve been no help whatsoever. I’ve had to go elsewhere

Nicole explained everything very clearly. A real credit to her team a*

Great company, very efficient, answered phone calls & emails promptly. Nothing was too much trouble, very helpful & supportive with the learning & how the exam process works. Functional English was much more relevant than GCSE English, using everyday scenarios. I would definitely recommend Pass Functional Skills for learning & passing exams.

I got your number on line and spoke with Chisom. She was very brilliant. She explained everything that I need to know regarding the functional skills Maths and English. She really made my day that less than an hour we spoke,l have to pay to register my son. From the way she detailed things to me, I am happy and confident that my son will pass his exam with this company. Thank you Chisom for making my day. I do appreciate every help.

From start to finish, my experience with Pass Functional Skills was absolutely brilliant. The young lady called Lily who dealt with my initial enquiry, was friendly and informative, and saw me through the entire process with impressive professionalism and kind courtesy.
When my one twin daughter chose to do online learning, the other twin had decided to attend college, but when she saw how much her sister was enjoying her remote course, she too, chose to do online learning as well.
Once again, Lily was wonderfully there to help make that happen. Now, I have two daughters happily doing their further education remotely and in a way that suits them. Next year, they will choose something else to do, because the courses are so well structured and set out in a way that engages my daughters.
I am so happy that I discovered this company, and for the sake of my daughter’s, that I was willing to offer them an alternative route to Further Education that was far better for them.
Bravo to this company for providing such brilliant alternatives!!!!

I had the most amazing experience working with Pass Functional Skills for my level 2 maths qualification. The system was so prepared and had the best resources to help me revise and pass my exam. The help from staff members was also incredibly organized and was able to sort out any issues/questions I had. Overall my experience was a 10/10 and I would highly recommend to anyone who is thinking of using Pass Functional Skills!

Honestly i have always failed Math in my college i have done it 6 times in college and that’s my first time doing my exam with Functional Skills team and i have passed with 95% i’m so happy Thank you so much

The course material was well presented and the website easy to navigate.

Booking my exam was quick with plenty of choice available and on the day technical support helped me solve a issue really quickly and efficiently.

Customer service was great. Course was fine no issues. The system could be pain to navigate at times but most of the time no issue.

Amazing help to complete from level 2 maths and English

I had a really good experience with Pass Functional Skills from start to finish. I paid for the full service and honestly found everything I had access to useful. I used the course lessons, practice questions and mock exams a lot and they really helped me see what I was good at and what I still needed to improve on before the real exam.

I also liked how everything was in one place. I could revise, practise, book my exam and then get my results and certificate through the same service, which made the whole process a lot easier and less stressful.

The staff were always helpful whenever I needed anything and the instructions for the exam were clear. I never felt like I had paid for something and then just been left to figure it all out myself.

I was really nervous about the actual Level 2 Maths exam and put a lot of work into preparing for it, so finding out I had passed was honestly such a good feeling. My result and certificate came through properly afterwards as well.

Overall I’m really happy with Pass Functional Skills and I definitely feel like I got good value for what I paid for. I would genuinely recommend them to anyone who needs to get their Functional Skills qualification. 5 stars from me.
