Pass Functional Skills Avis

The person I spoke to Chisom was very helpful and friendly and answered all my questions. Very happy with the service.

Great customer service, very helpful

Good service, supportive and information are given in a professional manner.

Jack explained everything to me and was very helpful. When I said I needed to speak to my other half he said he could call back tomorrow or later this evening. He did call back as promised! I really appreciate when people call back when they say they will.
I am confident that we have made the best decision for my son.
Thank you Jack, it was a pleasure speaking to you today.

My daughter received excellent support from start to finish. Her SEN needs were fully taken into account, and her exams were arranged to accommodate her specific requirements. I couldn’t recommend the Pass Functional Skills service more highly. Thank you.

I had a really positive experience with Pass Functional Skills. The process was straightforward, and the team were helpful, professional and supportive throughout. I really appreciated how easy they made everything and how responsive they were whenever I needed assistance. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to complete their Functional Skills qualification.

Great test easy to use all you need is your ID and a laptop in a clear environment.

I had a really good experience with Pass Functional Skills while completing my Level 2 English Functional Skills. The learning materials were very helpful and easy to follow, and whenever I needed support, the team was always available and happy to help. I felt supported throughout the whole process and I would definitely recommend Pass Functional Skills to anyone looking to complete their Functional Skills qualification.

I paid for the Pass Functional Skills Maths Level 2 package, which included the coursework and an extra free resit. I completed ALL of the work they required. I failed my first attempt, which I accepted because I hadn’t had enough time to properly revise beforehand.

They then sent me a revision link, so I went through every single part of it. I was revising for 3–4 hours a day, working so much that my fingers were hurting and going red from doing all the calculations. I’m home-schooled, I don’t have a tutor teaching me, and I work extremely hard by myself. I genuinely put the effort in and did everything I could to prepare.

Then came my second attempt. Their website didn’t work for an ENTIRE HOUR. An entire hour of my exam time was wasted because their own website wasn’t working properly, so I had to rebook the exam for the following week.

I eventually sat the exam again and somehow failed by ONE PERCENT. ONE. PERCENT. My mum then paid £75 for an appeal, which was already incredibly stressful. After she had paid, she found out that the exam board apparently DOESN’T EVEN OFFER APPEALS FOR A ONE-PERCENT DIFFERENCE.

So why were we told that an appeal was available in the first place? Why was my mum allowed to pay £75 for an appeal if the exam board doesn’t even accept appeals for this situation? We then tried to get the £75 refunded, but we didn’t get it back. My mum is still paying for this despite the appeal ultimately going nowhere. The whole situation was so stressful and honestly just completely unacceptable.

So I went somewhere else. I took my maths exam with another trainer on Sunday, got my results today and PASSED, with a higher mark than I even expected.

Funny how that works.

I knew I was capable of passing. I was doing the work, revising consistently and putting the effort in. When I went to another trainer, I PASSED. That tells me everything I need to know.

And as for all these supposedly “amazing reviews” they have... honestly, after my experience, I find them so hard to believe. There is just NO way my experience can be this different from all these perfect reviews. At this point, it genuinely feels like someone is getting paid to write some of them because there is literally no way. None of those reviews match my experience whatsoever.

PASS FUNCTIONAL SKILLS? PASS ON THEM. Save your money, save yourself the stress and go somewhere else. I genuinely regret ever paying them in the first place.

If I could give them ZERO stars, I absolutely would.

Great service. Polite and pleasant to talk to throughout the conversation.

I couldn’t have passed without pass functional skills. Great resources, very helpful and responsive. Would definitely recommend! I have avoided maths all my life because I am dyslexic and not that mathematical. I purchased the full course and exams. The course sets out easy to understand revision practice and helped me learn the methods again. Thank you so much 🤩

i am homeschooled and was still wanting to get qualifications but unfortunately due to my dyslexia i’ve always struggled but thankfully my mum new about fuctional skills and i begain learning.Pass fuctional skills have generally been amzing to help me learn all these knowledge i need to pass as on there website there are topics to learn aswell as pass pepers and question booklet wich help my learning so much and help me figure out wich topics i should do more research on.i strongly believe that pass fuctional skills are extremely helpful and are an great guide to start learning fuctional skills.

Special thanks to (Amy) for been so pleasant and professional.
I indeed made it💃💃💃💃

My son has struggled with function skills over the past few months. He failed 5 times. He had to change provider which he was nervous about as the percentage was a little higher. He was so shocked he passed first time with yoh guys and finally passed his maths level 2! He's so over the moon. He recieved excellent service even signing into the exam everyone was so helpful and was only a phone call away. They also sent the certificate straight away when I called them. Honestly don't delay book today 🥰

She put my mind at ease, she’s so kind and understanding

I had a really good experience with Pass Function Skills. I was looking to do my Maths exam as soon as possible so I just booked the exam without the course and they still offered me a bunch of practice tests and revision sheets. They were also extremely helpful and good at keeping in touch with me, they made sure I had everything I needed for my exam and they answered all my questions prior to it very quickly.

Like many people wanting to go to university, I was stuck because I didn’t have my GCSE Maths.

A friend who was in the exact same boat recommended this service, showing me how she finally got her qualification.

Thanks to this amazing company and their exams, I have now passed mine too! A huge thank you to the team here, your support helped me achieve this.

You give people hope, and because of you, I am officially heading to university!
