Excellent Functional Skills Course – Highly Recommended!
I cannot recommend Pass Functional Skills highly enough. I recently completed their Functional Skills Level 2 English course and passed all three exams — Reading, Writing, and SLC— completing the entire process, including receiving my results and certificate, in just 3 weeks.
The course was extremely informative, practical and helpful, particularly for anyone whose first language is not English. I found the study materials, guidance and exam tips, including the useful “cheat sheet”, incredibly valuable. I would definitely recommend taking the full course rather than simply booking the exam.
What impressed me most was the outstanding customer service. Every member of staff I spoke to was helpful, supportive and willing to answer all my questions. I was working to a very tight university deadline, and when I explained that receiving my certificate on time was essential for me to start my BA Hons. degree in September, they went above and beyond to help speed up the process. They managed to get my certificate to me just in time.
The whole team genuinely understands that people are often taking this qualification because they need it to progress to university or further education, and they do everything they can to accommodate you.
If you need Functional Skills Level 2 English, I would 100% recommend Pass Functional Skills. Excellent course, excellent support and an incredibly efficient service!
