Couldn't recommend them enough!

I am a Recruiter for Pertemps Rugby branch, Dave at Path2Solutions was recommended by my colleague from one of our different branches. We have used Job Charites previously in the past and haven't had the best of luck. Dave from Path 2 was a breathe of fresh air, took an interest into each of the candidates he has sent over to me and worked along side me to try and help them find work.
You can tell these candidates have been vetted correctly put through a course to get rid of the time wasters and we was presented with 7 Decent candidates, interview ready who were actually looking and willing to work. So far week in we have managed to place 5 out the 7 candidates which never usually happens with the current job market.

Thanks once again to Dave, Laura and the team we will 100% be using your services again!

This awful company flagged my review as…

This awful company flagged my review as illegal and harmful because I called them out. So here I am writing another one, this company will put you on pointless courses just to get money from you. They won't get you work because they're not a real job agency. They'll pass your details on to real job agencies and act like they did something. They flood job sites posting fake jobs, especially total Jobs. Stay away from this company aswell as castle view group and B2W.

Appalled. No information, no help.

I'll go into as much detail as I can. I applied for two warehouse operative positions on TotalJobs, listed by Path2, 42 days ago. One was in Moulton Park, the other was in NN4. I wanted a job that did not require previous warehouse experience, was within a 30 min commute, and was a day shift. The two applications matched that. Within a couple of days, I received a call from Path2 where I was informed about the next steps - i.e, a 5 day course starting the following Monday. I was also asked what I was looking for - so I made it clear which postcodes, what types of jobs, and what shift types I was looking for. They also had my CV. I was feeling positive - someone finally responding to a job application!
I turn up to the course on the Monday. Path2 had overbooked, so around 15 people were immediately turned away - not a great start. I thought the course would be to do with learning skills to be a warehouse operative; it was instead a 'Level 2 Certificate in understanding climate change and environmental awareness'. Not what I was expecting, but I completed the course and was paid for my expenses, with the promise of guaranteed interviews at the end of the week.
On the Friday, I finally receive an email containing three 'jobs' from Path2. Only one of these jobs had a clickable link to find ANY information on it besides company name. That was for a night shift and required a forklift licence, which I do not have (and Path2 KNEW I did not want a night shift). For the other 2 jobs, I had to send my CV (which Path2 should already have had) to 'David' to get more information. I did so. I sent my CV on 24th January. It is now 19th Feb and I still do not have ANY information on those two job roles. I have had 2 calls from David, and a few text messages (after I prompted) to be told again and again that they're extremely busy and my CV is being reviewed - I don't know by who, and I don't know for how long.
In this time frame, I've also received two emails from 'Kevin' who has apparently tried to call me. He hasn't. I can send screenshot proof of my recent calls if they really want. I have replied to his emails, saying I'm not receiving his calls, and asking if he can reply so I know he's even receiving my emails. I've not had a response to indicate that he does infact receive or read the emails he gets. When you try to ring the number he provides, it goes to voicemail. When you leave a voicemail, you don't hear anything back. I've tried twice. I brought this up on a call with David, and he said that Kevin is calling but there's an "issue" where people aren't receiving them. Clearly this issue hasn't been fixed in a month.
I've informed Path2 that I have found employment elsewhere, with an agency that responded to my application in 2 days. THAT'S an "immediate start" and "rapid employment" - not whatever Path2 is trying to do.
To those considering - save your time. Ignore the email that says you MUST attend the course - they're overbooked anyway. Keep applying. I wish you the best with your job search.
Also note how fake the positive reviews seem, and how they always seem to even out the 1 star reviews. Hmmm.

CON recruitment service

This is possibly the most horrendous recruitment company or whatever they wish to call themselves I have ever known. And quite frankly a CON. I completed a 5 day training course as requested, in order to gain an interview with UPS. Which on completion the job ‘vanished’ since then I have been constantly chasing the company. Someone called David said he would pass my details on to a sister company unamed to which that came of nothing. Plus some man called Kevin that never answers the phone but is happy to send out an automated email that he has tried to reach you several times. LIES. I have contacts from people who were on the course with me and they have been treated the same.

Avoid at all costs. They will only waste your time and send you irrelevant job roles I.e random work in corby when you specifically ask for northampton.

Not very great or trustworthy.

Bit of a waste of time. The course was okay if you have nothing to do. The Teacher was lovely. After your course you’ll likely hear nothing. Once a week or two passes, if you post a not so nice comment here, you’ll get a phone call. You are going to be told you’re impatient and that your review was so wrong and an opinion of Pat2 about you personally. Don’t expect an interview and don’t expect a certificate after you’re finished. If you don’t expect this you cannot be disappointed. Think about if you can afford to attend the course everyday if you have to travel far. Put you first and know there’s many more routes you can go before using these guys. Very bad experience and wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Please read all reviews. Check out the difference’s and similarities.

struggled with communication, they don't reach out when they say they will, only had a brief interaction with them but not the best start. 3 stars as I've defiantly experienced worse but still not ideal

Absolute waste of time!

So I went on this Path2solutions course with Sora for 3 days 20th Nov till 22nd. For a warehouse position. After the 3 day course I got a call from Sora asking how it was and that I passed. But I hadn't heard from any other employer about interviews, no money and no progress with jobs. I applied for multiple jobs they sent and heard absolutely nothing! I tried ringing Path2solutions, no answers, I tried emailing and no-one got back in touch.
As you can imagine I am extremely frustrated.
The Sora staff were brilliant with the learning and very friendly but that was all.

PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME! Total utter scam, as every other review states

No surprise here if you've read other reviews, both Path2solutions and Castleview are scammers. Please report them to the Employment Agency Standards Inspectorate.

They make money by luring unemployed jobseekers who are desperate for work under the pretence of giving them 'guaranteed interviews with employers' as an attempt to get as many people as they can to complete their course so they can receive funding from the EU. Needless to say, you will NOT receive a single interview from them after completing the course. Or anything at all for that matter.

The course consists of some of the most mind-numbing, boring, braindead content i've ever had to put myself through. Upon arriving you have to complete a level 1 functional skills Maths and English test, and if you manage to pass those (ergo you have an IQ >75) you get to complete an NCFE level 1 and 2 certificate in 'Customer Service Skills' - despite customer service having almost nothing to do with Warehouse work. The course is painfully stupid and bland, not to mention HANDWRITTEN and you will painstakingly complete it over the next 5, full, 8-hour long days with an overly uptight, condescending, Mrs Trunchbull-esque 'tutor' peering over your shoulder and talking down to you as if you're 6 years old. You will not do ANY practical work or anything even remotely related to the job you applied for.

If you manage to stay awake and complete the full 5 days of the course, well done! You get nothing. No phone calls, no e-mails, no job interviews, not even any NCFE certificates to prove you completed the course content. Just straight up nothing. You can wait a few weeks like I did and send them an email, you will get no response. You can try and ring them, again, no response. Or you can read my review and listen to the other negative reviews and do the smart thing - don't waste your time with these people. Learn from my mistake. They are scammers and they should be investigated, please report them to the Employment Agency Standards Inspectorate.

==EDIT (11/02/25)==: Just so everyone who's read the reply to this review knows, what they've written below is just completely untrue. They have absolutely not contacted me a single time since completing the course, I've not been contacted whatsoever by this mystery 'employer' and i've been given no '2 week period' or 'start date'. This is nothing but a complete lie and a desperate attempt to save face for the scam they're running. The replies they've given to the other negative reviews are likely to be totally fabricated like this one aswell. Disgusting behaviour, PLEASE REPORT THEM!

You were advised that we estimate a two week period until your start date.

She confirmed that if its sooner then we will get you in quicker. We cant help if the employer moves the goalposts.

Waste of time was ment to start a course today rung nearly 90 times on Friday not a single answer back. Wouldn’t bother. Reviews that are one are all legit because exact same thing has happened to me

On my first phone call with Path2 i was…

On my first phone call with Path2 i was guranteed that i will have 7 interviews to choose from and that there would be some that met my requirements. I felt like i was rushed off the phone as i was told that my questions would be answered on the following days phone call where they would also confirm my attendance. I didn’t receive this call only an email to say i MUST now attend. One of my fellow student who also spoke to Chelsea initially said he had the same experience. However, not everyone recieved the same information. We found that some members had been provided a job list with valuable information on the exact jobs, shift patterns etc. Thank fully one of the students (not Path2) shared this with me. I completed the whole course and on the friday i recieved an email hoping finally for some clarity on the next steps. Only to find that there were now only 4 job opportunities left and some of them were different from the initial 7. I found the just 1 of these opportunities fit my requirements. Unfortunately 2 weeks on and i have heard NOTHING from the potential employer and was informed by David that thier recruitment might now start again for a while. I understand that as a business when you’re coordinating potentially unreliable work candidates and employers there are a lot of variables that can go wrong. However, that expectation MUST be set. The course is a long and time consuming course. If you can’t gurantee that the jobs will meet the requirements of the job seeker or gurantee that those jobs will be there after the course that has to be mentioned. You’re dealing with people who’re sometimes in very tight cash flow situations. i think ensuring your staff set expectations from THE FIRST CALL would be a great start. I should say the communication i received from Laura and David was very good. They were incredibly responsive and supportive.

The police should check such 'organizations'

You are scammers! Because you offer people a job and then say BUT YOU NEED TO TAKE FREE TRAINING. 5 DAYS TO TRAIN FOR FREE??? Where have you ever seen such a thing? Maybe in third world countries they practice such things, but not in the UK. It would be a good idea to write a statement against you so that the police can check you out.
P.S And stop using gpt chat to write positive reviews, we are not idiots.

Time wasters

Wish I’d read the reviews before applying for their so called ‘jobs’. Once you complete the course you are supposed to have at least one guaranteed interview. Needless to say this never happened. I tried to chase up several times. However I’d say it’s easier to get through to HMRC in the phone than it is for these jokers. Most of the phone extensions just offer advice and don’t give you the option of speaking to anyone. One of the phone messages did mention some sort of ‘manager’ named Paul, so I sent him an email. Although he never bothered to respond, I did receive an email within 10 minutes for a Chelsea, who had a great opportunity and was going to ring me that day. Did she call me? I think you can guess the answer to that.

I won’t bother trying to evidence anything else as Trustpilot seem to be quite happy to take the word of businesses, without any expectation that they account for the allegations against them. I’ve been accused of defamation twice this week, by TP’s AI bot, and I can’t see the point of trying to argue with a robot.

NB. The Path2 PR department seem to have been very busy recently, trying to fob off the numerous bad reviews. No smoke without fire? I’ll let readers come to their own conclusions on that!

On a final note, the way that these grifters respond to negative criticism, reeks of unprofessionalism. Bad reviews are part and parcel of any service provision. However you rarely see any of the legit companies engaging with keyboard warriors in this manner. So, well done for proving my point!

I had an experience with this agency during the recruitment process, and I noticed concerning practices related to verifying the right to work. Instead of requesting the standard Right to Work Share Code, which is legally sufficient for confirming work eligibility in the UK, the agency insisted on receiving a code starting with the letter “S” (“Immigration Status Share Code”). This type of code grants access to more personal information than is necessary for employment verification.

Unfortunately, I provided the code at the time, as I was unaware of the implications. However, after realizing the issue, I immediately questioned why they needed this code and explained that the Right to Work Share Code was fully sufficient. I never received a response to my inquiry. I have email evidence confirming this exchange.

This issue primarily affects non-UK citizens, who must provide proof of their right to work in the UK. It raises concerns that the agency may be taking advantage of this requirement to collect excessive personal information beyond what is legally necessary.

I urge other job seekers to be cautious and ensure that recruitment agencies adhere to the legal requirements for right-to-work verification. If an agency asks for an unnecessary level of personal information, always question their motives.

If you have been misled or ignored by this agency, you have the legal right to request the deletion of all your personal data under the UK GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation). This right, known as the “right to erasure” (Article 17 GDPR), allows individuals to request the removal of their data if it is no longer necessary for the purpose it was collected.

If the agency refuses to comply with your request, you have the right to report the incident to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), the UK’s data protection authority. You can file a complaint on their website.

NOT A JOB AGENCY.

Well I already left a 1 star review for this company previously. After speaking to a pleasant lady on the phone I agreed to take it down if I received a call from someone at there end in recruitment and bypass the course as I was already working. I took the other review down and received the call as promised. Unfortunately this person named David now seems to have disappeared off the planet too… Basically if you are already in employment but seeking a new job don’t apply for any jobs that say Path 2 Solutions as they are NOT A JOB AGENCY. It seems that they are just some government funded box ticking exercise for the government fiddling the figures for how many people are unemployed. If you are unemployed good luck with getting any actual work from them as people don’t call when they say they will. However if you leave a 1 star review you may get a call back.

In response my circumstances do not keep changing…How you can say this when you don’t reply when you’re supposed to (with the exception of David once). And if you are referring to my back injury then you are discriminating against me. And as for your comment when I can commit to work… As you well know I am already in work, just looking for a new job. But as I’m not unemployed and on benefits, you have no interest as you clearly just want your pay cheque from the government for getting people off benefits. You have done nothing to help me find work and by the looks of it nothing to help others not on benefits. You only then respond when you get a bad review. If you actually help people then you might stop getting so many bad reviews. Do not bother to contact me again as I have better things to do than deal with time wasters.
