You were contacted on January 13th and booked onto a course that was set to begin the following week. The necessary course details were sent to you on January 16th, and a follow-up call was made on January 17th, but unfortunately, you did not answer. Karley responded to your email explaining that the details had already been sent, and despite this, you chose not to attend the course.
When we tried to explain our process and the steps we followed, we were met with rude and unprofessional behavior. You expressed you wouldn't leave your full-time job for us (which, to be clear, was never requested) and insisted that we only responded when you asked for information. We clarified that emails were sent as soon as eligibility was completed, which is the standard process.
We do not appreciate being spoken to disrespectfully, and we’re sorry that our attempts to assist you were met with hostility. If you’d like to discuss things further in a more respectful manner, we are happy to engage. However, it’s unfortunate that this experience has resulted in such a negative review when we followed all procedures correctly.
It's a scam!
It's a scam... They make you do a government funded course to then cut the contact with you. I've tried to contact them in all ways possible but never get an answer. It's been a month now since I finished the course and they only want you to get money out of the UK taxpayer.

We would like to clarify that upon completing your course on January 10th, we sent you links for four job opportunities—Smith’s News, Lidl, Bakro, and Thyssenkrupp Materials UK. Additionally, David forwarded your information to Elizabeth at Hire Giant for the Smith’s News role.
We also made multiple attempts to connect with you to provide further support, including two calls from Kevin for Candidate Call 1 and 2, but unfortunately, both calls went unanswered. If you'd like to discuss this further, please don’t hesitate to reach out directly.
Waste of time, useless, scam.
Applied for a job through indeed, got a phone call from them saying I can do a week's written, classroom style course with a guaranteed interview. I understand people lie don't let it surprise you but not when you wasted 5 days sat there. They make you think they are directly connected to the employers, and they will support you throughout your job application...no and no. They fabricate ads, say they work directly with the employer. Their ad says "Must be flexible for immediate starts". A week's course? Immediate start? Someone is losing ground here!
No response on the phone, no response on email. The recruitment manager was out of office from 13th December till 6th Jan? Any other Actual recruitment agency works till 22nd December.
Even the positive reviews about the company, read them and tell me do they sound fabricated to you? If we all done the same course there is nothing practical or useful, and the warehouse trains you how they want you to work anyway?
The course content is a offence on human intelligence, we are all grown ups with common sense and the course is basically teaching you to suck eggs. Nothing useful or practical, and nothing their "employers" are looking for, they can't look for anything because they don't exist do they?
They also say you will be reimbursed for the travel expenses, you won't be. Don't know if the lecturer is in on it, but he has to know something right?
It's wrong to promise people guaranteed interviews and Many employers will be interested! No and no. People get their hopes up, have families and kids, and you just get ghosted after completing their 5 day "practical and needed" course.
This needs to be investigated I think, if enough people report them.
All in all, don't bother, just keep trying with Literally any other agency, if they call you ask the person on the phone if they are willingly lying and scamming people or they don't know anything.

They are a joke did the course and waste of time as it's been a month and nothing and when I try to contact them their is no answer so its a scam, as they might get you to do a weeks health and safety course and they probably get paid off the government but their is no work, just adverts that you can get off genuine agencies so don't waste your time doing that course as you don't get paid.

Bad Company with Fake Promises
Put me on a week's training with a promise of a "Guaranteed Interview" after the week's training. Week passes by, nothing from them, 2 weeks, still nothing, no contact whatsoever. Tried contacting the individual who first phoned me up to put me on the course, Megan was her name, never answered. This was in November and now it's the New Year with no interview in sight or contact from their team. Honestly, a waste of time as the week I did the course, I could have spent applying for warehouse work for the Christmas Period. Someone called David did phone up after days of trying to get hold of them, but he's disappeared too. Hasn't contacted me since December instead just told me to apply for jobs through Indeed? I thought the whole point of your course was for a guaranteed Interview afterwards... wouldn't advise Path2Solution unless you want to do a hand written course for a week for a job that doesn't acquire no handwriting in a warehouse.

Recently completed the course with a promise of a guarantee for a interview after, since the course iv had one email with a link that was completely out of my area unable to get any response via phone ,message or email. I have had however a email Basically saying they had tried to call me about a position and it’s my fault for not answering !! Anyone who knows what’s it’s like when you are desperate to gain employment knows you are on your phone constantly and would NOT have missed a call no record of missed call either .This is a absolute sham don’t think the people that are supposed to contact you exist and if they do can I have their job please because they are crap !!!

I wish i could give them a Big ZERO star, what a horrible experience. It's been three weeks since I finished their course at Motor Arena Nottingham. They promised me a job beforehand, saying they had six or seven openings in Nottingham, but now they've vanished! No messages, no job offers. Incredibly, they called again, suggesting I retake the course, claiming they have five or six jobs. And when i told i already done this course where are the jobs?? And she didn't answer my question and disconnect the call, I think they just collect our details to get government money and don't actually provide jobs. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM PATH2 they are waste of time.

See all the jobs advertised, Path2solutions and Castleview, it is a scam ! You send off your CV, then get asked what shifts you want, and then told that you have to attend a weeks course first. There are no jobs, but they claim that you will get certificates and qualifications, and then because they have a good relationship with employers you may get a interview if you apply for a job that they recommend. The qualifications once you get them. Please google them, they are recommended for 14 year olds to do. You will have to give them your NI number and whether you are signed on, they bill the HM Gov. for no doubt £1000's, and you waste a week, get £50 for your travelling expenses, and a couple of bits of paper that you could have got when you were 14 at school. Relevance of the training for a job in a warehouse, just off of zero, but you will learn how to clean a window, and how to put the chemicals away properly ( the chemical is glass cleaner, 89 pence from Tesco if you buy their own brand, some dangerous chemical eh ? ), so if there are 20 of you in a class, they get £20k for the week, and you get a piece of paper saying you have successfully passed a course, being level one, on how to clean a window, and now know you should wear rubber gloves, which is really relevant when your prospective employer asks you if you have any experience in picking / despatch. If they were honest and advertised as a course with a possibility of a interview at the end of it, I wonder how many people would respond. But they say the HM Gov. is looking for ways to cut waste, get rid of these companies ( these are not the only two doing it ), and spend the money on something useful, Reach / Counter Balance licences for example, something that an employer might find useful

Applied for warehouse operative job, got an email straight away to say my CV was impressive and im the lucky one to get through the 1st stage. I asked more details about the position- they said its general warehouse job, then i asked if they can give me details of what the company do. They couldn’t answer this. Then they said i need to attend 3 days course, after what my interview guaranteed. What for i need the course if i don’t even know if i like the place that “offers the job”. They signed me for course anyway then called to confirm my attendance. I said im not going to go so then they start being arsey. They have no interest to find you a job, their main goal is to sign you for a course. Don’t waste your time.

SCAM. Dont go on their course, whilst we were on it, the jobs that they originally said were "secure" had expired. After completing the course all they do is send you some links to the jobs, you can do this without doing the course. They just want you on the course to claim government funding. They lie just to waste your time for almost two weeks on some dumb useless course to then still be unemployed. Originally I was told "once the course is done, your interviews will be scheduled within 7 days for your chosen roles" BS ALL BS. The roles I wanted had both expired so I had to apply for an additional one which they have no contact with their own client apparently. DONT listen to any positive reviews and if you do your stupid. This is coming from 11 of us who were just on a course a few weeks back.
Theyve replied trying to have my review taking down what a joke, you cant hide the fact your a scam of a business. Multiple bad reviews prove my point. Names, I spoke to a woman called Julliane whom Iver not heard from for weeks, shes vanished & another woman called Hannah who just said "oh we will put you forward for jobs" I rang her to be put forward for another role based in NG1 and she didnt bother sending the confirmation email so I had to call up again and makesure I was placed forward for it. Trust Pilot need to report your business for selling false information to several people not just myself who have complained abt your business. No wonder you have such a terrible rating.
The 11 of us who I have contact with have not been placed into any roles and are furious. I did my course with between the 6th November to the 15th. Dont you dare say my review is false because ive provided dates, and names.
All im saying is do not go on any course they offer. Dont waste your time. Do NOT go on their course. Just apply directly to the companies hiring. Simple.

I am very disappointed because on their application it said that they urgently need employees, they never contacted me for that position. I have more than 5 years of experience in the field but probably they are not interested in experience and only looked at my age and that's why they didn't choose me. Although all employers state that they do not discriminate and even hide the discrimination. I found another job but I wanted to write that I do not recommend such frivolous agencies. They post in 2 consecutive days the same job, same location but in the first ad it was written that you can choose 5 work shifts and for the same identical ad on the next day only one shift was written. Such charlatans should be avoided because they do not offer seriousness.I notice that they only respond to positive reviews, but for negative ones related to their behavior, they don't have an answer.
As an update to what Path 2 solutions wrote. I have never been contacted by you and if you did i would like you to provide proof here. But because you are a fraud as described by most people here and you have no proof that you have given me other solutions. So you are a lying recruiter and should be stopped from recruiting.
