I took a chance out of the blue and ordered my first ring which arrived a couple of days ago. It is exactly as described and beautiful! I love it so much, I have already ordered another one!

I purchased the Trident Turquoise Glowstone ring. I like the high quality craftsmanship and the cool design. It is a very stunning piece of jewelry!

If you need any customer service, you are out of luck. I ordered a ring, then tried to cancel the order before it came. It took two weeks to hear back from anyone. Then I am told I have to pay a 10% restocking fee for an item that never left their stock. Then a week later they cancel the wrong order. No response from their non existing customer service department. I would not recommend them at all.

I ordered my glow ring a month ago and was hoping for it for Valentine Day. I reached out in and email and I received a automatic response there was no one there to answer my email. I asked for a shipping date.

PAD designs and produces some of the most innovative and stunning rings I've ever seen. I ordered two Dragonscale opal glowstone rings as replacement wedding bands for a 10th anniversary. The whole procedure was effortless (even with a little change I requested after the rings were in production.) Communication was spot-on and quick; the workmanship is also beautiful. A pleasure to have ordered from them and my first choice recommendation for anyone looking for unique jewelry.

Just received my glow / cremation ring and my mystery gift a meteorite necklace, Love my ring and grate way to remember my Grandma would highly recommend them to anyone that wants a special gift.

The ring I bought was excellent but they forgot to engrave it mind you it was a few weeks before Christmas so it could've easily been mistaken. I emailed and they got back with me the next day. They sent me a return label and i sent it back. They kept me updated on the status of the ring. I just got it back and its perfect. Thank you for the ring it's awesome.

The quality & craftsmanship of my ring is excellent. The PAD crew knows how to put in the details & the custom inscription inside is perfect. My ring holds sentimental value to me that that is priceless. Greatly appreciated PAD

Not sure where to start…
Was denied a warranty through most of 2024, only to get an e mail in the middle of November telling me they would replace my ring. Ring arrived last week of January. The ring is a bit thicker than the original ring, but it’s the style I originally had.

Everything is exceptional! Sales, manufacturing and customer service exceeded expectations! If you want a unique and amazing ring I highly recommend Patrick Adair designs!!

The customer service team answered my questions and concerns in a timely manner. The rings I have received look beautiful! My fiance and I both love unique jewelry and this brand has some of the most creative and affordable options I've seen. Thank you for your hard work!

What a wonderful job Patrick Adair did on my Titanium Custom Glow ring. The craftmanship is outstanding and the size is perfect. The customer support was amazing, answering all my questions very quickly (usually less than a day), and kept me up to date on the progress of my ring. I would highly recommend them if you are looking for a one of kind ring that you will love to show off.

My soon to be husband liked a ring from here so I ordered without doing research because I assumed he had. Instantly my bank was calling me saying this was fraudulent but I placed the order so I was like “no it was me” (I wish I just said it wasn’t). I started to research and realized that this company had a lot of bad reviews.

SO I EMAILED 1 HOUR AFTER I PLACED THE ORDER!! (That is important to the story) I emailed 1 hour after I placed the order saying I wanted to cancel it and go my separate way. Well they have a policy on their site saying you can cancel within 48 hours of the time the order was placed. I emailed 47 hours before that timer ran out.

I wasn’t getting an answer so I found another email of theirs. I emailed that one. I then messaged on instagram, Facebook and TikTok to try and get their attention. I finally got an email back today blaming me for not canceling within the 48 hours so they could only give me a partial refund. Now remember I emailed 1 hour after I placed the order. I sent all the screenshots of the time stamps and they are not answering me now.

I had to put in a dispute with my bank because this company is trying to scam me out of my money. It is ridiculous to suggest that it is my fault they didn’t look at their email before the 48 hours were up!

Great customer service

I wish I could convey the difference between the pictures and seeing this in person. While the pictures are nice, when you see this thing with your own eyes, you'll be locked-in staring at it for a while! It has an interesting depth to it; almost like you're looking into another world! And it looks different in every different kind of light and angle!
The customer service is fantastic as well!! Prompt and informative responses to any questions I came up with!
Don't hesitate! You'll regret wasting the time when you're waiting for yours to be made!!
These might seem like curated reviews, and they kind of are! There are SO many five-star reviews! Looks fishy! The thing with them is, if you have a problem with something that you don't think is right, just contact them and they will be within easy reach with an email. I had a problem with one of my rings and they instantly said they'd remake it! And this was during the holiday season! They even gave me a ring for free just because it was going to take a little longer!! They let me pick it out and everything! It's beautiful! I wear it all the time!
So they do work hard for these five stars and will stick with you until you're writing a five star review for them about yours!

I have followed this companies designs for 6 months before I decided to purchase. Every time I saw their adds it appealed to me until I finally pulled the trigger.
Everyone of my friends that has seen this ring is in love with it!

Excellent product worth all the money I paid. I got something unique and colorful which is exactly what I wanted.

I place my order December 3 on their cyber Deal days, I know I was signed in underneath my email and I ordered a hexagon ring, fully green that glows blue with an inlay of opal.( if you knew me and knew what I look like this wouldn’t be a question If I ordered a green or rainbow) Somehow, all information went out the window. My email address wasn’t correct. The ring I ordered wasn’t correct. I never got a confirmation. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and waited a month and a half before I emailed someone because I know they are handmade. After going back-and-forth on email a package finally arrived. I was so excited and then I opened it. Excitement went down the drain with disappointment.
There Record show that I had ordered a hexagon ring in rainbow and I know I didn’t, if I got a confirmation, this would’ve been easily taken care of. But of course they had my email wrong so it’s my fault, right, right! Or at least that’s what Eli from customer service is leading on to say. I don’t like the ring and their customer service can be a lot better and they could do a better job. It seems to me that they don’t want to resolve the issue or make their customers happy so I would highly recommend you go somewhere else to purchase a ring or you go into their store and do a face-to-face . Online is not helpful whatsoever. It’s more of a headache than anything else. At this point I would rather send the ring back and go to someone else and get something that I like and that I ordered. But unfortunately, I can guarantee what’s about to happen. Absolutely nothing I’m out of $320 and I’m stuck with an ugly ring.

I purchased a glowstone ring in November, I have been in communication with them via the support email however I was told two weeks ago it would be shipping and I would get a tracking number that week. Well it shipped and today two ring sizers arrived at my house. Not the pieces that were ordered. I requested a phone call within a business day or will block the transaction. I received the same email apologizing for their delay and saying they are back logged. Still no ring since Novermber 25,2024
