My fiance had his ring ordered from here that he absolutely loved. Unfortunately, it was stolen a few months prior to our wedding, causing us a lot of distress. Financially, this was a big purchase, so we did not want to have to pay full price, but he truly LOVED the ring we got. Their team was so amazing and worked out something with us to make this more affordable and ensure it was here before our wedding. I did not expect much, as this was no issue on their part, but still exceed expectations with their customer service. The ring we had ordered was amazing quality and so worth it!

Got a necklace at the beginning of the year and only after 4 months the clasp had already lost all its color and coating. I contacted customer support and ask if there was a way to replace the clasp as the pendant had no issues. I was told that they will look into and agreed that they would send me a new one. After I ask how to replace it there was no response for over two months now. Guessing that my email had been missed I sent two more and still radio silence. It looks like the chain that is used is very cheap along with the clasp on the pendants and I have replaced the chain with a silver one and I am getting the clasp changed now at my own expense as the pendant means a lot to me. It was given to me by my family as a way of them always being with me when I am alone in hospital or medical appointments.

Would not recommend buying anything with a chain as you will have to replace it.

Ordered stone rings. Unfortunately had an issue. Contacted the company, asked to replace under protection plan and they replaced and remade our rings. So happy with our results. Love them so much. Thank you Patrick Adair and all their helpful staff.

The only downside is the glow sucks selected aqua glow and Glowstone Enhancement very disappointing with that part

Our first order was on 5/1/2024 ($399.92)
Our second order was on 9/16/2024 ($577.80)
And another charge 0n 9/16/2024 for $31.03
And another charge on 10/28/2024 for $53.50
We talked to the postmaster here in New Port Richey. The tracking information that "you" sent me and the picture of the package that does not have our address on it are attached.
We won't be able to get the package, but we need this matter addressed.
Please fulfill our order and FedEx it next day air!!!

The many Rings I purchased at Patrick Adair are awesome. I love the compliments I receive. I love wearing them. I have even purchased more. I only issue is, when you get a mystery gift. Patrick Adair doesn't provide a description of the mystery gift. Since I have awesome Rings that I don't know what they are, but look great

I ordered a mystery ring not sure what to expect. I was surprised when I opened the package and found a gold and superconductor ring. It fits perfect. I couldn’t be happier. Thank you so much Patrick Adair and your team.

I ordered a ring for my husband but did not know his ring size so I requested the free ring sizer. I waited 2 weeks to get it. When I told my husband about the ring sizer and the new ring told me he did not want a new one, so I contacted customer service to see about cancelling the order. I have had 3 different people respond with 3 different answers (can cancel the order just need to know the 'why', cannot cancel the order at all, will charge a restock fee). I then reached out and said to cancel the order and I would pay the restock fee and now I am getting the run around about that "we have to wait for this to be settled for us to take further actions". I get MULTIPLE emails every day about purchasing from this company when what I really want is to NOT purchase anything and just get my money back. I feel like there is a scam going on here... based on the customer service names and the times they send emails (1:06 in the morning on a Sunday?).

My experience with Patrick Adair Designs has been deeply frustrating, marked by poor communication, misinformation, and a lack of professionalism. I placed my order on March 14, 2025, and on April 4, 2025, I reached out to ask if I could switch the free ring that was included in my purchase. On April 15th, I received a reply stating that the rings were already in production and could not be changed which I understood. I was also told that my order was expected to ship by the end of April. That deadline passed with no communication. On May 6, 2025, I reached out again for an update on my order. The next day, May 7, I received a response informing me that the ring I had ordered was now unavailable due to a material shortage nearly two months after placing the order and several weeks after being told the item was already being created add to the disappointment, this email addressing the delay and item unavailability referred to me by the wrong name Am instead of my actual name, Ni. One of the items they offered to replace my originally ordered ring was ONE OF THE ITEMS I HAD REQUESTED TO CHANGE TO IN MY INITIAL REACH OUT. This mistake, combined with the conflicting updates, made it clear that my order had not been handled with proper attention or accuracy. I requested a refund from them directly, but did not hear back. After 3 days, I filed a chargeback with my bank. Once they recieved the chargeback, they THEN emailed me to let me know I'd be getting a refund. While I understand that delays and supply issues can happen, the lack of transparency and inconsistent information from Patrick Adair Designs has eroded my trust entirely. If I had been given accurate information from the start, I could have made different decisions. Instead, I waited nearly two months for an item that I now know was never actually in production. I do not recommend this company based on my experience, and I hope they make improvements in both their customer communication and order fulfillment process.

Horrible! All around they lie when you message them, they give you different promises dates. They refuse to refund you, when they mess up! Order was placed on April 15. Wedding was June 11 and still haven’t received the order. They will do nothing to help you. Do not buy from them!! Stay away

I am so thrilled with the customer service I got from y'all. My first ring I got had a couple of defects in it. I sent it back. They made the smaller size for me, which I love so much more than the bigger thick one. They were very helpful. Very honest and toke care of things quickly and professionally. I am very thankful and I love my ring!

I thought when I got my mom cremation ring with how long it took I would have all the gemstones I paid for but i only got a few I asked for moon stone, Tigers eye, amber, peridot, and sapphire I got all but peridot and sapphire which are both my moms birth stone and mine

So this is SO OBVIOUSLY A SCAM COMPANY! I ordered a pendant necklace and never received an update of when it would ship or how long. I inquired and still have not gotten a response… so I sent literally 100 more emails. I work for disputes for a major credit card company and I should have known better than to order from a social media advertisement but the pendant looked beautiful. My fault. ANYWAYS, they got a week and ZERO RESPONSE. I know how disputes work for major credit card companies and I will be doing a CHARGE BACK AND DISPUTE TOMORROW ASAP. I have all the evidence they are scamming and not sending out the package based on what they advertise and they are not responding to emails. ZERO RESPONSE! This is a CLASSIC SOCIAL MEDIA SCAM COMPANY!!! I hate these scam companies so now I will do everything in my power to make sure credit card companies know about them and social media as well. They messed with the wrong guy and all they had to do was respond to an email.

This company is an absolute scam. I ordered a glowstone ring from them and even added extra glow to it. I had to beg them for updates about it and it took FOREVER to come in. When it finally came it looked nothing like the pictures. It's super cloudy, poor quality, and the inscription looks cheap and not well done. I had to buy a whole new ring for my fiance because even he was really disappointed in how it looked. I couldn't even surprise him with it on the wedding day because it was a piece of trash. Thank gawd for Etsy who shipped me a beautiful ring pronto.

The myriad choices of materials and designs are outstanding, and they were happy to customize our glowstone/cremation rings to accommodate all our requests. The workmanship and finished products are beautiful.
My only critiques are a) it would be nice if there was a customer service phone # to resolve questions more quickly (vs. multiple emails over a period of days), and b) the quantity of some of the premium "fill" materials (like amethyst, amber, opal) in the custom glowstone rings is less than we expected. The quality is great, but there are fewer pieces of the colorful stones.
Still, the end results for all 4 of the cremation ash rings we ordered are stunning and everyone who sees them loves the appearance and the meaningful tribute they represent.
